I would argue that hydrating is very important. I think trying without regularly hydrating could become potentially dangerous and is not to be recommended.

How does twilight affect phases?  

 

***Answer***

To keep the game on track the twilight phase, both at the beginning and at the end of a night, will cut into the night.  This means that technically each cycle will go: 48 hour day - 1 hour twilight - 22 hour night - 1 hour twilight. Every day to night Twilight in this game should last from 8PM to 9PM EST and every night to day Twilight will be from 7 to 8.
