And i dont expect you to "post for the sake of posting" nor did I say that.

I expect to see stuff i associate with Town!Nyn. Ive spoken to you enough as Town!Nyn when i wasnt playing a game even with you to see the kinda manic/need to figure it out/hates to be wrong and thinks she may or did let people down kinda Nyn. And even in games we were both in and both Town that style tends to show itself through your posts and the stuff/content you choose to discus/comment/ask questions about.

I also look for the patented Town!Nynattiude that I enjoy but can sometimes rub those who dont know you the wrong way. Scum!Nyn can kinda somewhat replicate this, but it doesnt have the same genuineness or not the same "bite" to it so to speak.

And as to your scheduling comment, I dont know why you brought that up at least irt me, Ive even said in this game I know your schedule and I knew youd be busy, not to mention the fact we talk everyday away from the game. Im not expecting the same volume from you, Im expecting still tho to see the same things just not as much. Like on somewhat a lesser scale. The issue I have with you now is again not the # of posts you've its the tone/content/feel of the posts and the lacking of the previously above mentioned stuff. Its like i see traces of it sometimes while others not so much.

And irt the Red. I didnt even imply nor say this to you so i again not sure why its here?

It was said because you have on numerous occasions commented about me "not doing enough in my time off". Well guess what, I have a demanding job and on my time off I'm not going to be glued to the laptop 24/7. Nyn- you're being nyn. In every game I've ever played with you, I have found your play style scummy...even when you were town. I feel like I take that into account when reading your posts so even when I find them scummy, I discount that feeling because you always seem scummy. It was always the same with Lily. So you seem scummy to me. Everyone can take that as they will.

I agree but theres also the "in the spirit of the game" rule and when that line gets crossed and or blurred.then it becomes a different story.

and different site have different rules and values.

like when i play on JN i expect pretty much no holds barred and people can and say whatever they want about people and cuss them and make certain types of slurs and the such that in todays society if was said in public it would be all over the news pretty much for bigotry, racism homophobic. etc. but thats the culture of game play there and those who play there arent people who get offended easy or at least know what they're getting into and know what to expect if they do sign up.

And unfortunately with the culture of DM things being taken out of the game is common place in part because of friendships that are built outside of the game and the culture of the site like what i mentioned above about the JN culture DM has its own and when you say something you need to own up to and again theres the spirit of the game and when you know people well attacking them with stuff that you know bothers them in rl is not right imo. id never want to win a game like that and ive only met one person ever who has more WIM then me in Mafia and Id bet my last dollar on shed agree with me on this as this person is like the one of the nicest sweetest people i know.

I dont need to talk to you outside the game about things, ive said my piece and everyone who reads my posts can see where i stand on the matter and my beliefs are my beliefs, my views aare my view and nothing anyone is gonna change it. Maybe that makes me dumb or a bad person or too stubborn etc but it is what it is.

To your point on culture, I feel like I should point out that the players on JN using "slurs" are almost always what they are knowingly poking fun at - it's all inside jokes and please don't ever feel like there is prejudice. Their culture is reflective of a sense of humor and when I talk about having the ability to say "enough for me", that is very much in play there.

For the rest, you feel how you feel. I can tell you I've been down the road you spoke of. Testicular. It ain't fun. I never did get all my energy back and have almost no sense of smell.

I'm going to step back into the game now. I've said what I have because sometimes it helps. I'll ask folks to stay focussed on the game knowing that both you and I could be town or scum.

Don't really wanna be ITT right now, honestly.

cliff version post catch up is town lean on: Zander, Sooh, Nini. I think the whole Zander vs. Sooh thing is v/v violence that is mixed up with a lot of none game related stuff and a whole lot of stubbornness. irt Nin, I've liked her recent posts and the unprompted claim gives her some brownie points too. It can't be vetted that I can see, but it seems too random and verging on lame, claim wise. Plus It's not like she was even in danger of getting lynched. So I tend to believe her. Not that being a tracker guarantees town but I just can't see a reason why scum would just announce it the way she did. Feels more like it was done to put more info on the table and that's a positive thing in my book.

dice and Seph null to town. Feel better on dice than Seph, for the mere fact that I just know him better.

Lenlo and DPR nullish. I probably feel better about Lenlo than DPR, because I did like the way Lenlo started out, but then it sorta waned. DPR seems kinda slimmy which is pretty universal for him, granted. Some of his posts seem very clear to me where's others it feels like he's mucking things up. Possibly on purpose. He's typically not an easy read but I'm definitely watching him.

Killa, ed, Tigs are my top three for scum. Killa, not sure i buy the whole newbie/clueless routine. I do know for a fact she was mentored by shad in my game, but I didn't really read up on the mentor qt. If I get a breather tomorrow I might take a peek and see if stuff she asked about or claiming ethics was already explained to her by shad. ed, same feelings as before. I don't really feel he stepped it up, as some described. He's mostly just posting more but it still kinda feels without. Though something he said kinda gave me pause and I'm not sure what to make of it. But I'm not going to get into it, still thinking about it. Irt tigs, like I said, not getting why everyone is liking her catch up posts so much. Seems pretty eh to me. I'm pretty underwhelmed. The stance on the whole "I am town" statements was questionable as well (also, @Tigs, I've seen you say several times that you weren't the only one who didn't say it. Who else didn't???).

You can think its a routine if you like but yes do go back and read that qt. There is very little posting. I am not saying Shad did not do a good job or anything (<3 shad) but he did not go over a lot of ethics or game mechanics with me. Just some general advice posts and some back and forth about your games set up and how everyone was supposed fake claim cop but the cop got lynched day1 so it did not matter in the end and the last day or so he stopped posting really because he had started this game. Maybe I did not ask enough questions or the right questions. I don't know.

Also I don't really get why you're looking for me to validate the way you read me. People read me in different ways. Sometimes they hit the head on the nail and sometimes they miss the target entirely. We both know you're gonna end up doing whatever you want and what I say or do won't make much of a difference. I know my own alignment and I'm scumhunting to the best of my ability. If you find it lacking in some way? that's more of a you problem. I can't manage more than this.

Now where she stopped there should be more....I change my reads as Town WHEN IM PRESENTED WITH A REASON TO DO SO THAT I BELIEVE OR WHERE SOMEONE SHOWS ME IM DIRECTLY WRONG.

Shes pushing this as her reason for voting me or at least part of it. All shes doing is saying how she feels and expects to believe/buy it without question. And even away from Mafia. Sooh knows i dont just change my mind easy, especially in Mafia unless Im shown im wrong or the person staarts to do things that outweigh my issue.

I don't really hate what dice said, fwiw. It's one of those dice "logic" nonsense that only makes sense to him, which is most likely a good sign. Last game he was scum (I think BT game), he tried to butter me up with the old "this is what I expect to see from TownNyn", when I was exuding some sass. So his reply here is fine.

OK fair enough. So Dice is Town for you.

I iso´d Nyn and I get a good feeling from her. There are not as many good questions as there use to be but it could be because she is working. She seems to notice details though. She defends a lot of stuff that others find scummy and I think it´s good in this case, encourage people to not overthink things.

What I really would love is your take on Seph and DPR.

Can you show me an example of one us these that you liked? Not disputing it just wanna see type of things youre looking for you to get this read.

And do you think this is something she couldnt fake/replicate as Scum!Nyn?

I feel like in large part my posts are being ignored. People zone in on one part then ignore the rest. I'm addressing issues with my play style, I'm asking questions that no one answers, I'm trying to be more involved and for what?

My reads suck, you've all made that very clear but when I question things that I believe would help with my reads and promote discussions, nothing.

Ed- I'm working on showing you what I mean about "more content" than the other games.

Nyn- I'm going to go back and check so I can pinpoint specifically who hasn't said "I am town" Darthe was one but now he's dead and flipped vanilla so he's a moot point but I thought there was another.

I think the point that I (and Nyn and Sooh) have made is that you are welcome to your view, but don't mistake it for being the only view and then attack because you think you see something. Just ask.

I have Lenlo as a top suspect. Other folks have made comments that they suspect him as well. To me, it would be in the town's best interest if Lenlo would drop the 'tide and open up about his game view. I liked Killa's view on this. He popped in with some fluff earlier, and left again.

I'll digress for a moment to comment and say that this seems to be a style... Darthe did the same thing: pop into the thread, say something they consider witty and then disappear. If anyone else is considering this "style", it is really, really bad, and by bad you know I wanted to use some different language...

Back to business. So, yeah, when you put the "ok we wait" onus on me, you can just flip it right over to Lenlo because he's the one you're actually waiting on. Ive posted all game. Everyone knows where I stand. He's barely posted any game content and I'm pretty sure I'm voting there unless he comes up with info or a reveal or something that puts his play into context.

I also mention Sooh. I don't see voting for her, but in case lento does make sense I would like her step by step take on the game and you in particular. I view each of you with equal skepticism because of the little dog and pony show you've cooked up. I'm asking you to let her post when she gets here.

So that's that.

As for ed, I said what I said. Let others view it how they will. I don't get caught up in the semantics the way you cats do - I'm much more sarcastic and like to embellish things for better or worse. Bottom line is, you did suspect him (I don't give a rat's a$$ if he was your #1, #2 or whatever...) and then you let all that steam out of the balloon. It's just how I see it.

Hey, I'll add that I liked Niniel's claim and saw it as a genuine attempt to get info for the town.

A 1X Tracker view on TLM on N! is exactly the sort of thing that could have paid off big time if it worked.

She's also laying it out there to game solve. And, I'm sure she knows it makes her a target and I think that's a townie move as well - especially in light of your play.

DPR- I would fix it to where the father of my kids wouldn't have to worry about more kids if he told me he was finishing a post while I was in labor but back to the game, I don't see the "I don't have a pic" remark as a big deal. As a matter of fact I went back to my pm to see if I had a pic before everyone realized the deal.

Ed- I really don't like the whole exchange with Zander where he asks about you being willing to vote DPR, then you vote with a "I think I know where this is going" then the "I thought you knew" or whatever the reply was. I've role claimed being scum and it didn't come off scummier than that. As for your "Tigs, Tigs" comment, sometimes you just have to see the game from different perspectives.

Dice- I still don't like that you aren't being as aggressive as you were in Nyn's game. After finding out you were town I guess I kinda put a mental threshold in my mind saying "watch for Dice to be less aggressive than this".

Lenlo- I haven't played with you before so I have no way to judge your town/scum play styles but others have implies you aren't living up to your town game. What is response to that?

Killa- I can see you coming into your own and that's wonderful. It's really hard to judge a newer player on their previous play style because we all know those evolve but something I'm not seeing from you is that extreme defensiveness. That was a part of your town play that I thought wouldn't change. And though early on I read that you did have it, it's seemed to have diminished somewhat and that makes me think maybe you are scum and have been told to tone it down to draw less attention.

I did an iso of Ed. It took me some time.

To me it looks like Ed didn´t write much and got suspected for it (by Seph and others) and then he has mostly talked about how wrong Seph has.

I would like some clarification.

Ed - you think Seph is scummy for going after you because of your low posting. But a lot of people have done that. Why focus on Seph?

Also - all the stuff about DPR being scummy was just a way to poke at him? So now you think he is scum but not so scummy as you said previously?

I´m a one time tracker and I chose to track The Laughing Man yesterday to see what would happen. He didn´t visit anyone. It´s a bit confusing to me since that give us no clue to what he actually does in this game. Or maybe he is just so good at hiding himself and I couldn´t see him? In that case I just wasted my track but I thought I would give it a chance. Maybe someone has seen something during the night that could confirm this later or get to learn something that I can´t. (I´m not saying that you should reveal anything right away though.)

No, I can´t say any that I remember right now. I can tell you that if I´m cop I always view Verbal on N1. :) Take a look in the archive. I´m sure that I have fake claimed several times as mafia but probably only when needed to get out of a lynch.

I don´t assume that there are other trackers. I don´t know what kind of role there is. Maybe a cop viewed me and know that I town and then they can confirm me. Or there might have been a watcher that watched TLM? I have no idea what kind of roles are in this game, maybe someone could gain something from my reveal? Shad has told us to think outside the box. That was what I was trying to do. So far we have no clues about TLM.

One more thing. I feel that Lenlo´s vote on Adam was another "safe" vote after voting TLM. Now he wrote some posts that I thought looked good so I will focus on him when I re-read. Tied to that is DPR. Ed is right about the last game. DPR was mafia with me and he chose a few things to focus on so to look busy and steer the conversation like he wanted. Maybe he is doing it with Lenlo and the TLM talk? I´ve had a town read on DPR so far but I will look at that too.

About my decision to track TLM, see above. I felt that Lenlo stayed on TLM so that he wouldn´t need to take a stand on others.

I iso´d Nyn and I get a good feeling from her. There are not as many good questions as there use to be but it could be because she is working. She seems to notice details though. She defends a lot of stuff that others find scummy and I think it´s good in this case, encourage people to not overthink things.

What I really would love is your take on Seph and DPR.

Small things. like she questioned Killa and Adam for their reads on her that seemed not game related. In #740 she questioned Killa about why he treated two inactives in a different way. She saw that you were talking about Tigs when I though you were talking about me etc.

I´m sure she can fool me. Definitely. But right now I will go with town because it looks like town to me.

I can´t talk much about other´s meta but she is very good at finding details and questioning people when she is town. She is also willing to defend people. Don´t know when I saw her as mafia last time. I think she might be avoiding the thread more? Can´t remember. There are few players who´s meta I know enough to use it in games.

I believe Tigs when she says she is busy with other things = I trust her to not to lie about rl. But as you can see, I don´t like that she is on the fence on so many people early. About DPR - yes, again, I can see what went wrong with the pic thing. I was town reading DPR yesterday but I´m not sure where I have him today. I have not have the time to iso him. And I won´t have time to iso anyone else today. I hope I can go through someone else before dl. I feel that someone of Seph - Lenlo - DPR could be mafia. Yesterday I thought it was Lenlo.
