I think the general disgruntlement surrounding it is that charismatic players don't typically say x as town for the sake of preserving their wolf integrity. ("See, I would say this as either alignment.  I said it as town last time.")  They town that s--- up and raise the bar for their next scum game.

 

Not a reason to damn a player no one has ever seen town before, just why it instinctively didn't sit right with me.

 

This is such backward reasoning, Shad, 'cause it assumes that they say X as wolf because they are wolves, and would say something different as town if they weren't "preserving wolf integrity".  A good player models their scum game on their town game, not vice versa (if only because, Bessie's streak of amazing evil aside, probabilities insist we'll all play roughly 3 times as many town games as scum games)

I know from her game on the Org that Sooh likes to have odd numbers for players, for balance reasons. Also worth pointing out that this was originally a 13er. Don't know how much the balance was tweaked for 2 more players, but I doubt there's 4 scum. Most likely 3. Maybe a 3p. Maybe not.

i guess we'll see in a later stage of the game what exactly happened. with the set up. Somehow I would think 4 scum, but more town specialties...  but that's purely gut at this point.

From what I can tell, you were wolf in the game you are referring. Why bring it up? Why not a simple yes, instead of a "I'd say yes either way, wolf or not (refer to wolf game)"
