I don't believe anyone thinks it's funny that some people can't keep up.

 

A lot of us just get excited about a style of gameplay that other people realistically can't maintain.

 

I've been on both ends.  I love it when I can commit to it, like I was able to in my last two games.  When my time is limited, like say World's End, it's a nightmare and I just want to bail.

 

There's been an effort lately to tone it down.  Friends and Chrono Trigger for instance ran at a healthy pace that accommodated everyone, I think.

 

But sometimes the feeling is that everyone wants it or at least doesn't mind it and you just go ham.

Like I said on DT, I think you improved this game. I think you might benefit a bit more from mauling a situation over before commenting on it on thread because at times the first thing that comes to your mind doesn't make any sense. Where's when you chew on it long enough, you seem to have some pretty good observations.

 

The problem with this advice is that I'm a huge advocate of always saying what you think so we can see your progression. So I worry that if you take your time... it might make things worse? LOL  I dunno. Ignore this crazy woman ;)

 

 

But I think you did a great job when you subbed in. You were putting in the work hardcore. I don't think anyone can argue that. And end game situations are usually stressful and I myself flip flip a lot. I just tend to do it internally and less so on thread for everyone to see.

I know I post a lot, but I'm just sort of an idiot who does things impulsively and I play at forums where volume is significantly higher and people are more competitive

 

I don't anyone who spams by intention
