3 cop claims, and it could have worked too, if it weren't for those meddling town PR's

Dead towns were repeatedly told how terrible they were.  That is not solve related.  Players were being told their opinions were garbage before they even shared them.  That is not solve related.  And when they did share them, they were labeled awful without being given one shred of consideration--that was apparent when Turin and Pral got torn to bits for saying the exact same things that the people bashing them observed independently shortly after.  It was assumed that certain players are awful at mafia, and that was rubbed in their noses repeatedly for no solve-related reason.  Forgive us for shaking our heads in disgust and returning fire.  If you want to dish it out, gotta take it.  That's my opinion, anyway, and I don't feel bad about what was said in DT except for my bringing up mentor chat.  That was out of line and I apologize.

 

I don't have the slightest hard feeling towards anyone in this game, either.  This is Mafia.  Thick skin is a perquisite.  But if you think DT was just sitting on its TMI throne mocking everyone in some arrogant power trip, you're reading it out of context.

That's all I have to publicly say on the matter.  Love each other hugs kisses etc or don't I guess, but   you all in my book.  Town did awesome in the end, Nyn's saves were great, Lily's peaks were great, Thane's gamble was incredibly entertaining, it became a fun game and should end as a fun game.  The events that are chapping asses now happened a week ago.  Dwell on how everyone turned it around and resurrected a really positive environment when it seemed like all was lost.

I don't care that I lost. I even had a hand in our demise. It was still a blast.

 

This game WILL be remembered as the game with 3 cop claims!

To be fair, the bold is actually why I request spectator threads.  I sit in a group chat with my other friends and make fun of how bad everybody on the site but me is at this game.

I think the big takeaway for this game, that really everyone should pretty much agree, is that Mafia Karaoke is pretty much the best thing that's happened in a game.  Since, well, ever.

I think the big takeaway for this game, that really everyone should pretty much agree, is that Mafia Karaoke is pretty much the best thing that's happened in a game.  Since, well, ever.

Now for the truth. I had BG as a pretty strong town read. I wanted a strong player confirmed so I could work with them, maybe even sheep them. I was totally surprised at the result of my investigation. Pleasantly surprised, of course. So, BG, you got viewed for being TOO townie. lol

And, for what it's worth, I completely agree with Nyn. I didn't read the DT, just skimmed it, but you guys were really over the top with your comments. One of the reasons I stopped playing here and started playing only on JN was this very issue. You need a thick skin to play mafia. Or call 1-800-GROW A PAIR.
