This thing that the N0 peek is a day action confuses me.. I always thought it was a random NA for N0. Clearly I'm not completely up to speed as to what everything is or isn't yet. 

 

I'm not quite sure what to make of these early votes and suspicions. I get that Darthe's peek was strange, but then again I'm not all clear on the mechanics. 

 

I don't know why you don't like Dice this game, AJ. I think he seems relaxed and villagery in this game. He has had a process which he showed us every step of. I like that about him.

I was unsure what to say about Seph, but I think you summarized it perfectly. He seemed almost a little too worried about that vote. Curious that he's more worried about that one than Sili's vote though.

Ok this game hit the ground running. Still trying to get up to speed on new terms and meta. From what Dice was saying Peek = investigate, but John Snow says that is not day cop. I get that Darthe is just playing some strat to get the ball rolling, but i don't understand what peek is if not investigate. Could someone enlighten me?

'Peek' is just a different word for investigate - they're interchangeable.

 

Saying someone was 'peeked' is the same as saying they were investigated. It doesn't matter when the action was performed.

I'm really not even sure how this N0 peek / Day cop discussion got started. There was no N0 this game so I'm wondering why people are even floating the possibility as if it's somehow grounded in reality.

I don't like the way he retracted his statement after Snow immediately called him on the mistake. The bit about leaving it on purpose just to see how John reacted and then giving John a town read for it is sketchy to me and doesn't seem like something I think Dice would do as a townie. Gives me the impression he's trying to soothe suspicion with kindness - or at least that's the best way I can characterize it.

Snap reads say that if Seph flounders after being called a wolf he is one.

 

I'm not sure what Snow's literalness means for his alignment.

 

For Sili I wish I was a wolf so that I wouldn't actually have to try and figure you out.

Yes I am. What's weird about it? I would say you've had a decent tendency in the past to read me correctly in some of the games we played together on VS and here.

I don't have any a lot of strong reads atm - mostly nulls until the game progresses more.

 

I would put you as a town lean for the way you're casing and attempting to drive convo. I don't get the same vibe from you posts that I did the last time we played and you were a wolf.

 

Sili seems okay so far.

 

Dice has me concerned for what I said previously. The reaction test bit doesn't read genuine to me.

 

I'm waiting on Darthe to get involved so I can attempt to read him better.

 

Not sure on Sooh yet. The point she made about Seph reacting to Wombat's vote but not Sili isn't factual but I think her pointing it out might be villagery?

And yet it IS something I did. I DO understand reaction tests you know and guess what?? I can try to do them too. You KNOW this as it was you i recently asked "are you mafia" and someone jumped on me doing it.

 

 I LITERALLY went to post a retraction and then rethought it deciding to see what John said. I thought his initial response was awesome. Totally town. kinda like a slap to the back of my head saying wake up. I am tinfoiling on the follow up response cause i think he goes too far but it is tinfoil. For now im quite happy to have him as town.
