I didn't have a problem with it persay, it helped me clear Clov But I do think it was alignment indicative or at the very least could've been presented as such.

 

To me scum!Clov had no need to be having that conversation with Seph about Cory.

Doesn't bother me, because it was not intentional by mod or player, but I did interpret it this way, and I'm sure the village did as well.

sorry i got frustrated at you d1, you really got your head on straight d2+ after and were super valuable so you made it up to me in spades :)

Honestly I'm glad Leelou was the seer and not Tress like I was starting to think. Wombat flipping wolf helped a lot, obviously, but the blue peek on you finally allowed me to let go

 

I guess I'm still dealing with emotional trauma from that VS game lol

To look more like a villager in that he's explaining his read...which would not be necessary as a wolf?  I know Cory says that Clov could fake that as a wolf, and he'd know better than me, but I'd always interpret this as a towntell.

fwiw the one thing i had a real problem with was that modtroll post on d1 where Yates said "and i'll be giving the seer their n0 peek when d1 starts"

 

which probably had no effect on the game but had the potential to do serious damage to villager seer cover

 

darthe defused it pretty well, but a savvy wolf (of which we had 3 of in this game) would have known kaylee and tress couldn't be seer by default because they believed yates was telling the truth and "modified" their cover to fit his

 

i know this can be "worked around" but it's still the mod influencing the game in a way that's ultimately pro-wolf for his own amusement / amusement of DT

 

just a reminder that players playing this silly internet mafia game put a lot of time and investment and don't have perfect information and sometimes do not get a "joke" that might seem obvious to the moderator, so it's probably for the best to try not to spew anything as a moderator JIC
