• As long as the game is ongoing, you may talk about the game only inside the game thread
• You may post only when you are alive
• You may not edit or delete posts in the game thread for any reason at any time
• You may not post screenshots of, or directly quote your role PM, seer peeks, or any other game-related communication that originated outside of the game thread
• You may not discuss anything that suggests what the moderator should or should not do in any given situation, including modkills, player substitutions, etc.
• You are expected to participate
• You are expected to be familiar with the rules, and you are expected to abide by them even if you think they are incorrect
• You are expected to behave civilly

Werewolf is a game about lying and catching people lying. It's an adversarial game and arguments between players are normal and expected. Passion and Intensity are fine but excessively personal attacks or insults are not. Even in a werewolf game you must respect the forum rules about civility. Failure to do so may cause you to be infracted or temp banned, and repeated problems may get you perma-banned.

Werewolf is also a community and team-based game. While there are many styles and strategies and reasons for playing and you may choose your own, you are expected to be respectful of the time and energy others put in as players and as moderators. You are expected to play to win. Intentionally sabotaging your team, or choosing strategies with the sole purpose of trolling other players in the game is not allowed.

Voting

Each day, each player is allowed (and encouraged) to vote to lynch a player. To do so, type the name of the player using vote tags, e.g. [v]Tom[/v]. You may abbreviate the name of the player, provided it is clear to other players (and the mod) whom you mean.

You may remove your vote by using the [unvote] tag. You may change your vote simply by voting the new player; you do not need to unvote before voting again.

At the given time for lynch, the player with the most votes is lynched, and his role revealed in the thread. If two or more players are tied for the most votes, the player who first received that number of votes is lynched (plurality lynch).

There is no Majority Lynch on any day unless the game is at must lynch.

At Must Lynch (where if a villager is lynched the game is over) votes will be LOCKED IN. There will be no unvoting or vote changing. Make sure to vote wisely!

Day and Night Times

All times given are in Tom Time, which is also Eastern Daylight Time.

Start of Day: During the week, Day will usually start around 7:00 AM. On the weekend, Day will usually start around 9:00 AM.

End of Day: Day lasts until 9:00 PM.

I will start the game with 72 hour cycles: 62 hours of day, 10 hours of night.

I reserve the right to reduce this to 48 hour cycles (38 hours of day, 10 hours of night) as the game progresses.

Night Actions

All night actions are due by 6:50 AM. Any death scene(s) will be announced when day starts.

The Seer has a chosen Night 0 peek.

Wolf Chat

Wolves may communicate with each other by any means they desire during wolf chat. Wolves have 24 hour chat starting with the receipt of their Role PMs. You must add me (the moderator) to any and all chats.

I expect all players to play to their win condition. If you for some reason cannot continue, please PM me and I will arrange for a replacement (if possible).
