Newsflash, Salami. Town lost. You can do a little jig about how you were right about certain things and that's legitimate. But you need to stop rubbing it in everyone's faces about how the rest were so obviously wrong. We don't need your help to beat ourselves up about wrong reads. And secondly you've thrown around your opinions without backing them up with anything and then was all surprised when no one would follow you. It's not enough for things to be clear to you. They need to be clear to everyone if you expect people to listen to you and for you to actually contribute to the team effort.

How is it not obvious that I wasn't defending Hally there but intervening. And how is it not obvious that I wouldn't ever defend anyone but a town read of mine?

 

My dictionary may be off but I defended Sili and Clov. Cause I wanted them not to be lynched cause uh town.

You're saying this with the benefit of hindsight, Salami.  How do you know we wouldn't have controlled Sili again the next day if he wasn't lynched?  You had no idea - you're taking the info learned AFTER the game and plugging it in as if townies should have made informed decisions.  They couldn't.

My huge breaking point was prolly when AJ got NKed. That was like.... great... the one player who still had his head firmly on his shoulders was gone.

Also there is no way you'd be able to control him for several phases - too much. Could it happen in a game? Maybe but i doubt it... With a very very low probability maybe.

Another thing you don't realize is there are always multiple options to every situations. EVERYTHING is possible but at the end of the day you have to make a call. You might go according to your gut, I go according to what's more probable logic wise. As far as I'm concerned it's more likely for there to be one protective role than multiple ones. As far as I'm concerned it's more likely NOT to have a bastarized role in an advanced game. Ergo I went with what seemed more probable. After Silli flipped, I legit thought the whole vote controlling thing and the tracker claim was some sort of gambit Silli was trying out cause he thought Des was scum but since he's new, he didn't have the clout to lead a lynch. But yeah, at the end of the day you take the content into consideration along with what seems more probable to you... and you make a call. Clov accumulated too much -EV in my eyes.

 

In any case, I get that you're more of a gut player than a logic player, but that doesn't make other people's approach any less valid and it shouldn't be dismissed or labaled as BS just because it doesn't make sense to you. You might have been right in some instances this game. Next time you're gonna be wrong. That's how gut works. Towards the end of the game you were starting to read me as scum, despite the obvious effort I put into the game. Again, logic vs gut.

Sili knew Tommy was Mafia because Tommy made Sili post a stock gif from The Millennium Forums - Tommy and Sili's home site - in one of his posts. He figured Tommy was the only person who knew TMF's stock gif catalog in the game. Was valid enough, Tommy had a fun time impersonating Sili.
