If Tina is town, then we definitely started with four mafia on D1.   Also, it is more likely for a team to agree to sacrifice one player when they have three others rather than two.  Her Elayne claim just doesn't make sense to me and doesn't validate her behavior in this game. 

 

Either way, I think we can all agree that the characters at least match their roles so far.  To dismiss character claims as not relevant is to be narrow minded in casing.

Despo, Leelou, Darthe, and if I had to guess at this point I'd say Kaylee who used to be Dice. 

 

I felt Tina was scum because she seemed to be trying to come up with a reason for her votes out of thin air rather than actually reading the thread.  Check out my casing on her here in my casing.

I had a null read on Dice.....leaning scum just because he is usually the guy who suddenly becomes active while those of us on the opposite hemisphere are snoozing.  He's been off but not in a scummy way.  Being replaced explains that a bit.   Kaylee has written Tina off with her character claim as enough to think her town.  Since I am Rand al'Thor, apparently I am not alone in thinking that character claims are not the sole basis for determining one's alignment. 

 

Do you (everyone) really believe that Rand al'Thor would be a reasonable fake claim given for this game?

But they didn't listen to him.  They kept coming, with torches in their hands and murder in their eyes.  He started to back away but bumped flat into a wall after only a few paces.  He shuffled along the wall, still fearfully watching those pursuing him.  He swallowed with a dry throat.  He was going to die.  He needed a way out.  A way out.

 

Rand's fists clenched and his bones seemed to freeze right down to his marrow.  Then his foot hit a loose cobble and he tumbled.  His head hit the street and he saw stars before all went black.  His assailants didn't wait for him to wake up.

Up until the flip yes. As a mod I've personally given a main character as a safe fake claim.

The Aes Sedai's eyes were rimmed with red.  In the darkness, no one could see.  She'd been crying silently every night since her Warder's death.  She could not let her concentration falter.  Too much depended on it.  Especially here in the Ways.  The Ways themselves wished them worse than dead.  Machin Shin would consume their souls given the slightest opportunity.  She dared not use the One Power here either.  The corruption of the Ways would twist anything she made.  As their Ogier guide was deciphering the Guiding, she felt a faint but steady breeze gently tugging her cloak.  That was puzzling.  There were no winds in the Ways.  None except for...

 

"Run!  The Black Wind is upon us!"

 

The group didn't need that said more than once.  They led their horses as fast as they dared to the next island.  She could hear the wind now.  It was getting closer.  By the time they reached the last Guiding, it was little short of a gale.  The others threw themselves toward the Waygate, but it was shut.  She had to risk the power here.  She carved at the Waygate with flames turned a sickly yellow cast by the corruption of the place.  She made an outline just large enough for a horse and rider, then slapped her late Warder's steed on the behind.  The war-trained mount wasn't used to such a command, but he wasn't thick, and he charged the door with his shoulder.  The stone crashed outward into sunlight.  By now, they could hear voices in the Wind.  Things saying terrible, maddening things.

 

"Flee," she directed the others, as she turned flames on the Black Wind itself.  She held on to every bit of saidar that she could, even with her angreal and flung it at Machin Shin.  The Black Wind was rebuffed, but swelled forward again.  Out of the corner of her vision, Moiraine saw the last of the party slip through the Waygate.  She started to back slowly toward the Waygate while holding Machin Shin at bay.  She was getting tired.  She could not do this for much longer.  The flames she threw at the Black Wind were now a deep yellow, flecked with black.  She tried to ignore the things she heard in her mind.  Between those and the twisting of the very Power she drew, she felt ready to sick up.  Was this what it felt like to be one of those poor men?  Just as she thought that, the Black Wind surged over her flames, swallowing them.  She only had a moment to recognize her death before she met it.

Changes from before:  Lenlo moved down to green due to not saying much recently, which makes me think he's hiding after seeing a few people have town reads of him.  Des moved up to high green based on his last few posts.  Tina went down to orange for some of the same reasons I moved Lenlo from blue to green.

 

Krak & Thane I'm sold on.  Des is close.  I feel comfortable with my greens right now, but that group could easily move around.

When I have moar time, I'll reread to look for other scumread. I remember Lenlo was LOCK SCUM for me in this game from before tho, so I'll go with that until I can get my head back around this game to look for the other

 

@everyone questioning me ignoring Mynd's reads:

 

From what I remember, he put out 4 scumreads, that were all incredibly bad. I was on there, and am obviously town. Tina was on there, a confirmed DV (who are rarely scum). Andddd... can't remember who else he said but one OH WAIT YEAH! One was Leelou, who is ridiculously LOCK CLEAR. Can't remember who the other one or if it was even someone I disagreed with, I just know those three reads were legit awful.

 

So yeah, disregarding Mynd's reads completely. They were lolbad.
