Leelou is most likely still town though. I have never seen her get emotional in a game before, and not to mention result to the use of AtE, so her reaction towards RTE's constant pushing for her lynch even though she was "cleared" reads as genuine town frustration to me.

I am exhausted, I just got home from my nephew's christening. If voting me lets you guys find scum tomorrow, then go for it. I know I haven't had a strong game, and I don't have the energy right now to go back and read. I just read all through the current posts but nothing is making sense. I don't see Hallia coming out as a scum RBer when she was one of the first ones to push on SH, I believe her claim. With RTE's behavior, I'd peg them more as SK than vig, but that can be figured out later. I'm still iffy about Crunk and Clarthe. Can someone explain why/how Crunk is cleared again?

All on the train.  I personally don't think there is more than 1 scum in here, so from my POV that is either SS, Clarthe, or Hax.  If I had to choose, I'd prob choose SS - Leelou has been defending me all game, and she likes to do that as scum.  I read her well, but her internet problems haven't given me the opportunity, and my game life is probably numbered now, so I can't.

 

Des and I have had arguments & interactions with most of the game - it is not a poor play to simply lynch us tomorrow.  I have no problem admitting that.

 

 

Honorary mention to the super clean game both Cloud and Darthe have played, while both being less active than normal....which helps play clean.  Of that train, my ranking is:

 

1. SS

2. Clarthe

3. Hax

I just read through that whole thing again and found a problem with it actually.  It assumes that mafia knew who J-Tag was before the reveal.  I find that a really odd assumption.  Wouldn't scum NK them if they knew who the cop was?

Uhm. Perhaps the bodyguard plays a role in the mafia either failing to target or kill the cop. Or a mafia role cop possibly exists. Then they would not have found out untilend of night 1.

 

What happened to the vd v. CLARTHE thunderdome? I had popcorn and everything.

I would say that is a possibility. Perhaps even the simplest to explain. Something has been bothering me about the lynch however. In the few games I remember there being an executioner when the ability was used it was made clear in the EOD scene and vote count the the player had been executed iirc. I was wondering if instead it might be a different ability. like part of a mafia JOAT. That reduced the lynch number by X (in this case i would guess two but had to be activated). On D1 did Jack or anyone other than Straw Hats get to L-2? I'm not sure and probably won't have time to look tonight. It could have also been an ability that ended day phase with the highest vote getter being lynched. That would be even less likely to me tho because it would be changing the lynch rules set out by the MOD.

 

The current simplest solution to the game is that SS are mafia and that Leelou hasn't had the time to attempt to defend properly due to RL so is going in effect no lo contendre in hopes it makes enough people doubt that mafia would try that. 

 

I am off tomorrow so may have more time to tunnel on Despo see what the best course of action is.

Caught up again... Leaning heavily towards voting SS. Its notsomuch that they weren't cleared by Hallia's claim for me, it's more of some of the stuff Tommy has been pointing out. And I'm thinking I should have just deferred to my partner's read in Leelou- he IS better at reading her after all.

 

That being said I don't think there's a big rush, it was busy and I was tired last night so didn't do much #work, tonight j should be able to take a somewhat fresh look at things.

I still think the Thane/Pral/Leelou interaction from Day 1 is the fakest scumchat drivel I've ever seen

 

Nothing makes me confident SS is town, not sure how anyone else reads otherwise

 

The first thing they did in game was made it look like they were a disagreeing hydra head, and then two scum jumped into to soft-defend how that makes them villagery

I've been holding onto this to consult with him about it but I don't think he will mind since the ability use can now swing the game enough that town is over half clear.  Des, can you quickly bring up a list of all people who are completely cleared again?  Not psuedo cleared?  If I am not mistaken then a claim today is enough to mechanically lock the game and if not then use tomorrow will be and I will keep it quiet to WIFOM the mafia.
