Tommy what makes you think Rags is town?

That half day he was catching up with the thread and showed an interest in identifying suspects. I haven't seen him use the in-real-time catchup process as scum before, he usually drops a big WoT with one little note for each post and then disappears. He disappeared here but I know he's been busy with IRL work stuff. He wouldn't join my game :(

 

But even with him being that busy he still showed more interest in game solving than most of the remaining punks

Hallia & Lenlo really need to start playing.

Not sure on Peace, he's commented on a lot of people, but reasoned very little of it.  I still don't see any explanation for why he's willing to vote with his top mafia suspect, or since Tommy was a top mafia suspect, why he's not voting there.  He's the only person that I remember having any sort of significant interaction with Rags.  Would like chance to reread the thread to see how he fits in with the overall gameplay.  Tbh the scummiest thing he's done is voting with Tommy.

Ok, I actually started this expecting to end it convinced that Tommy is mafia, but I'm still just unsure.  There was a lot more information to go on from Day 1, but the game was active day 1 and less so now.  The biggest problem I have is that I don't have a clue what a Town Tommy would look like.  Pretty much what Mish said.

This is going to sound weird, but Rags is probably cleared by Tommy - if Tommy's town then his read can be trusted as genuine and he should get a better read on Rags then the rest of us.  If Tommy's mafia then Rags is in the buddied pile with Darthe/Des/others to lesser extent so is probably town anyway.  On the other hand at the back of my mind is Rags claim to have broken Darthe...

 

His Catch up posts sounded very townie to me, his posts since then less so.  There were a lot of people who missed who I'd LD'd, however this is probably also more townie as I imagine that the mafia have a list on their QT.

 

I think I'm ok to go with Rags as town for the moment, but I really wish he'd start playing again!

This case was extremely puzzling.  Normally House didn’t worry much, leaving that up to his team instead, but this one kept changing and evolving.  He had to admit it piqued his interest repeatedly.  The tennis ball bounced back to his hand, reminding him of a test that someone needed to run on the patient.  He debated doing it himself, but that meant he’d have to stay at the hospital longer and well, he just didn’t feel like it.

 

Messaging the team, House rose from his chair and proceeded to leave for the day.  Cuddy had already left, stopping by on her way to yell at him for his conduct toward the current patient.  Eh, whatever.  At least that meant he didn’t have to worry about dodging her upon leaving.  His cane ticked on the floor as he made his way out the door, heading toward his motorcycle, helmet in hand.

 

The helmet crashed into the ground as a bat connected solidly with the back of House’s head.  A sickening crunch sounded and the cane fell almost soundlessly to the pavement.  “I’ve wanted to do that for a long time,” someone said, a grin evident in their voice.  The sound of an object whistling through the air was loud in House’s ears as the bat whipped down to hit him again with force.  His lips formed a witty retort, but he was unable to voice it before the bat hit him once more, ending Dr. Gregory House for good.

As far as my top suspects go, Peace, Tommy, Turin.  I say Peace as top sus because he voted along with his "top scum read" (tommy) on me.  Given the stage of the game, it is an obvious logical flaw in peace's arguments.  Moreover, he had Wombat as prob town.  BFG's case on Peace is solid all around. 

Tommy has climbed my scumdar with his lack of effort in the game recently.  He started strong and played very town, was all over the Wombat lynch, but hasn't put in the effort since.  To me that makes it look like a gambit and he wants to coast to end game off of it.

Turin is hardcore lurking.  'Nuff said.

 

That being said, ##vote no lynch.  If we are at LyLo, then we need to improve the odds to make sure we get scum.

I've been a bit up and down in terms of participation, so Tommy makes a fair point on that regard.  Otherwise, I think that my vote on Wombat over BFG should be a pretty clear indication that I'm town.  As for Wombat's interactions with me and why he buddied me I don't know and addressed that point to Tommy.  Why peace thought what he did in response I don't understand.

I am really sorry for not contributing more, I've been struggling hard with concentration the last week and a half and I'm having a really hard time in mafia.

 

 

We need to hear more from Rags. It bothers me very, very much that Turin isn't posting. I don't like that Tommy and Peace just kinda disappeared either. I know I did too I've got another game to catch up on and then I'll skim through the parts of this thread that I remember least from.

Problem is that today is an obv no lynch situation.  Scum don't gain anything (and potentially have lots to lose) by having to pretend to have scum reads so the easiest thing for them to do is duck and cover.

Not really digging the NO LYNCH idea. I can see why some will argue for it but I would say it will just put us here with one less person around. 

 

Still prefer Tommy,  others are more confused due to the LD clearing some people. Will try to explain better later.
