Vote: when we're ready to go. Getting role PM's always excites people about getting rdy to start, delaying the start after that will likely lead to a crazy slow start out the gate once everyone's excitement diminishes.

Twins weren't in the first one. They will probably make an appearance in the next game if I ever get around to making it.

I still have over a dozen Kingdom Hearts games to run...
