For all the vets, that means you need to put your try hard panties on. I'm not letting town lose due to apathetic play this game.

Never played one of these games before. It read like the famine would normally start when all bakers are dead. Are you saying that we are already in famine at this time? I just am looking for a bit of clarification.

 

Also. how will you be handling the mould issue with the replacements?

Yes you are all in famine, so tomorrow morning everyone unaffected by roles (baker, etc) will lose a piece of bread

 

And I was at 20 posts when day started so the official mouldy bread will be at x=(p-20)/2. P = my number of posts

So I was keeping up with the game thread from the start and did a reread earlier today. To be honest, Basel was on my suspect list before I replaced him; obviously that isn't the case anymore. Some of his posts had seemed weird to me, but after my reread, I think he just wasn't paying as close attention to the game as he could have been - several times when he posted, he seemed a little behind, which is why I think some of his posts seemed suspicious to me - like he was trying to pull scum arguments out of anywhere. All I can is, I'm town.

 

Moving on. I think a lynch on Mish is our best bet today. I found the way her train dropped off very interesting and sudden, and I think that even if she isn't mafia, we can get some good information off her lynch.

01. Mish: Mafia lean- Not liking the first post about the initial "town on town" thing without clarification. The reactionary response in their also ping. It has been shown that the "townslip" was nothing so no credit there. Also asking tohers for responses about the other players   
02. Peace: Neutral- I haven't agreed with some of the conclusions he has stated. But I kind of agree with his case on Basel(Alanna)
03. Despo Modkilled D1:  I believe he was mafia. I will go into later if desired. 
04. Ishy: Incomplete- I don't recall much other than his defense of Mish (kinda null) and his siding with Despo by sniping more at AJ/Yates. also something about clearing someone based on what I considered insufficient evidence. 
05. Lily: Don't like the vote on Mish and her very soft Defense of Despo early are causing me a problem. Sort of like AJ it troubles me that someone I have questions aboutis voting someone else I have questions about. 
06. Thorum: Voted Elf for lack of posting, did not want to vote Basel because feared would put him too close to lynch too early... Little disconnected to me. Also defended by Despo who I have as mafia... boy I would have liked to get at least Despo's flip. It would have helped considerably 
07. Elf: Incomplete- just getting started in this game.
08. Hally: slight town lean- still would like more  posting. and more thoughts about everyone else
09. WombatKrak: Null- I don't really remember his stances on anything right now.
10. Pral: incomplete- I think he has fewer posts than I do. The boy is gonna be in serious need of bread I think.
11. Yates Modkilled D1: unsure/ leaning town
12. AJ Modkilled D1: I believe he was town. I think it is a typical part of his game to attempt to get confirmed as town if at all possible. this is meta tho..

14. BaselAlanna:  mafia lean- I don't like the refusal to provide asked for info if can be done. Is generally easier to just restate or point in direction of quote at a minimum. The last vote switch before the game stopped was troubling to me also. need to try to find it. might be tomorrow before that happens.

First of all, I'm not gonna participate in any discussions abotu the alignements of the modkilled players, and I don't think it should be a big topic either. They are dead, we know nothing, we might as well move on.

 

Second, I don't understand those pouting now about the modkill with no coroner. Dap warned us early that was one of the options he'd look at. If you got an issue, take it to PM, don't clutter the game thread with it.

I've already explained the first post, mister. And I'm a reactionary player and you should know that. I've never asked for credit for the "townslip" although your predeccor tried to push that idea; in fact I haven't bothered touching on it because I didn't see it as a big deal. And how it is scummy poking at others to make them give reads and opinions? I'm not gonna stand by and let people be quiet. Opinions need to be said or else we don't have anything to judge a player on.

 

 

 

 

 

I'm so not suprised that this is what this day started with... I'm an easy vote now aren't I mafia team? The only player involved in most discussion that's still living. "Info lynch" is a good term to hide behind I guess, but it doesn't work for me.

Yes, Mish, the most vocal people involved in the lynch on you are dead now, but they were the most vocal on everything. If we disregard everything they were involved in just because they were dead, we're left with very little to go on. The initial lynch build-up on you went on for a few pages, and nearly everyone weighed in at some point, albeit not as much as the 3 that are dead. But a lynch on you could give clues about Lily and Turin (GE), who were both on your lynch, as well as Ishy, who was convinced you were town and right away went after Lily.

 

I cannot recall why you are voting Lily, aside from her voting you. I'll have to go back and look. All I really remember about Lily is that I got a few gut scum pinges off a few of her posts, but that usually happens for me with Lily, early on in games, so I didn't pay much attention to those pinges.

I... don't understand which parts of this you are directing at me. Is it the bolded? Because I wasn't playing before all the troubles started. I know I replaced Basel, but I can't read his mind, so I don't know what his thoughts on anything were. Or is this directed at Lily?

@mish, my statement should have read that you are pushing for takes from others while refusing to take a stand on the players involved in the biggest back and forth of the game. That being Yates AJ and Despo.

 

Also, we can't just act like they didn't exist on this game. 20% of the players just vanished. I think that it is important to attempt to determine what they were as it makes a potentially huge difference in the numbers at this point.

Lol. That is priceless. Linking yourself hard to Hallia, and why would you do that unless you know she is town? And the only way for you to know is... If you are mafia. Mish makes this weak case on AJ. It was early Day 1 and it is a good thing to look at small things but I feel this is just blowing up a regular comment from AJ that normally a lot of people make.

This happened after Mish pointed out the same thing. Hallia wasn't as aggressive as Mish and took it quite casually. It looks more like she is nudging the case against AJ. This was before others started putting pressure on Mish and voting her. This post does put a big FoS on Hallia for me.

I have to admit, Mish is looking scummy. I usually don't agree when people say she is, but it really does look like she's just trying to say something, anything, to look like she's in the game. I do that as confused town, so that might be it, but it feels like something more this time.
