Sure. It's pretty simple, really. I'll give you the summary. He checks in, says he'll read later and then bounces. Doesn't comment on anything thus far just makes sure he has a post on thread so people couldn't say that he was inactive. I am disregarding the reason provided because RL is null in these games. Anything said on thread is game content, period.

 

I don't agree with what he says, but I find it hard to believe he's scum because of it.

The thing with Rag was that he came in to say he'd post later. I just find those types of posts useless and have seen scum use them as a cover for inactivity.

 

I like his play since then though, so admittedly the judgement was premature.

You don't know rag. His point is that meta varies so much that what is subjectively scummy here may not be elsewhere so until a meta is established you have to rely solely on objective tells. Not easy with an experienced player but more reliable in any case.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but Cloud's only use of the word 'serious' was when directly questioning Andrej's firm stance on Tina and Rag after what basically amounted to two check-in posts.  Also, Cloud has got nothing on Andrej so far as far as being SO SRS so early.  Why aren't you addressing Andrej instead?

First time I believe that Verbeiber mentions Andrej and he defends Andrej pretty heavily.  Yeah it's the joke phase, would you prefer us not to run a train on somebody to gauge reactions?  Or just not Andrej because you have him tucked under your furry arm?

Also, I have no idea if AJ is scum.  But the train built fast and scum like early quick trains like that to hide in.  I stand by my statement.

 

 
The bolded isn't true. You didn't vote for me because I jumped on AJ for his votes on Rag and Tina; you voted for me because you didn't like that I was playing serious since the start of the game. You can find your earlier post somewhere in this mass of quotes.

I'm starting to get a town read on AJ after reading his more recent posts. He has explained his reads well, but more imporantly his recent tone is making me think that he is town (see post #220).

 

I also have a town read on Krak. He was actively scumhunting since the start of the game and I like his play so far. I think that Lenlo is town because of his posts at the start of the game and his later Vanilla claim, but he hasn't said made many game related posts afterwards so I find him more difficult to read. I would like to hear more from Csarmi. He has been around but hasn't explained his votes and hasn't really commented on the game.

It wasn't that he didn't come in with anything game related like other players hadn't with their check ins. I just don't like the "checking in so I can read later" posts. To me it looks like you're just posting to post. Why bother just to tell us you'll read later?

 

Anyway, the issue is null for me at this point. I feel good about Rag and his Towniness.

I'm still good with a Tina lynch. Verbal would be good as well. Lots of spam and as I mentioned earlier him cheerleading against my lynch could be scum looking to get Town cred since I was running up pretty quickly.
