Not terrible vote analysis, but you def get one thing majorly wrong: with Verbal flipping a Vengeful Killer, it's more likely that mafia would have bussed him somewhat early in the train, instead of piling on late.

sorry i was asleep and youve been hammered but i still want to explain.

i think you missed the point about this VC analysis. I agree that verbals teammates are likely on early on train but what i was doing was looking at those people that had been on csarmi and verbal ( the bolded people)

so thats why i wasnt looking at the first few people. i was narrowing the pool to start with

I also took the liberty of coloring in the other known townies btw. So if anything, Leelou and Tiinker look slightly less scummy to me for those votes. The other votes on the train? Ishy, BG, Chuckles, Rorschach, and Serra. I'm already suspicious of three of those people (BG, Rorschach, and Serra), and Ishy and Chuckles don't really look great on these VC's either.

 once again I agree, but I wasn't looking at that, I was specifically looking at people on both lynches for a good starting point. In the next one I can look at that

Can't remember which thread it was, but Ishy I think had voted Csarlami at one point, then changed his mind about the trilynch thing and removed it. Possible attempt at gaining town cred. Then he's in fairly good bussing position on Verbal, bandwagoned onto Razen, and bandwagoned onto me today (and yes, I'm town). Chuckles wasn't voting at the end of the day Day 1, was also in good bussing position on Verbal, and was the first vote on Razen's train. His voting history doesn't look as bad as the others however, and I have a slight town read on him so far this game at this point.

 

The other votes that stand out to me a lot are Crusher's, and yours as a matter of fact. Crusher parked his vote on Verbal Day 1, looks a lot like a distancing move to me, doesn't vote Day 2, and then has two bandwagon votes on two townies (me and Razen). You bandwagoned on Csarlami, don't vote for two straight days (lurkmode for you), and then post a weak and overjustifying case on me (I'll get to that in a bit). I also don't really like Hallia not voting the first two days, then also bandwagoning onto two townies (again, Razen and myself).

 

Rorschach also is in good bussing position on Verbal, and considering that he voted Leelou yesterday but is now voting me even tho he apparently still thinks Leelou is scummy screams OMGUS and scummy to me.

 

So yeah the standouts for me from these VC's are Ishy, Crusher, Rorschach, Hallia, and you Dap.

8 days after Samhain, 1056

 

Morna was the best baker in Lumphanan, and no small part of that was due to her hard-working nature.  She was up before the sun every morning to make bread.  Tonight, she was at the mill to get some flour.  She preferred to go there herself as she knew the miller and liked to chat.  She put out her lantern and let herself in.  The mill was dark, but that was no surprise.  You had to be careful with fires in a mill.  The grain dust in the air could light afire sometimes.  Morna went to the sacks and saw a strange woman sitting by them.  The woman was muttering to herself and did not seem to be aware of Morna.

 

"He must die.  Thane of Cromartie, Thane of Moray, and now King of Alba.  He brings wealth and strength and I cannot abide either.  Toil and trouble, these are what I want."

 

Morna had heard enough and started creeping away, but suddenly, something bright flew into the mill.  A torch.  Morna gasped and tried to run, but it was too late.

I'm almost feeling Lenlo or Hallia are the way to go today. They both have had odd voting patterns. Krak also stood out with his random vote yesterday and disappearance. I woke up with a bit of a headache so I'm going back to sleep now. Here is Serra's last post with actual "reads" in it. I'm kinda thrown by 2 traitors though. Maybe when I wake up I can make more sense of it all. 

 

 

Desp's little moral boost surprised me a bit, but probably doesn't come from scum.

 

Leelou's hammer does make sense from scum, but her reaction to being voted reads as genuine. I'm not sure why she claimed early, but it seems that's not unusual here. Again, optimal play is certainly to wait until someone posts intent to hammer, but then...

 

Desp's response to Leelou's defence is good.

 

Hallia hasn't really been active enough to vote inactives. That might well come from scum looking for an alternative to bussing her buddy.

 

Razen case by Desp is strong. Chuckles I also agree with, but Rorschach I don't really see. I'm also a bit surprised by Desp's allegation that I was setting up Leelou's lynch, when I couldn't really anticipate her drawing attention to herself with the verbal hammer/rolefish.

 

Leelou's wall of reads is very genuine and corresponds moderately well to my thoughts (except of course the part of me potentially being scum). Apparently it takes a small wagon to get her going, but she's not today's lynch.

 

Razen's Leelou vote is self-preservation, and the timing has me thinking it's scum.

 

Hallia believing Leelou based on her name is pretty off. I'm not sure if she's just off the ball, or she wanted a reason to opportunistically flip to Razen.

 

Razen/Chuckles/Hallia is a go. Cloud and BG are maybes.
