As the group of you surround her, ithi's eyes turn jet black and a too-wide smile crosses her face.

 

"This won't change things for you. You're all going to die."

 

People start moving...

 

"Rope her. Now."

 

It is done quickly and with little fuss. Ithi barely twitches as she is hanged. 

 

ITHI, POSSESSED, IS DEAD.

 

"Is that it? Is it over?"

 

Nobody is watching as Ithi's mouth soundlessly says the word no.

Man that game was INSAAAAANE!!!!! WTF was Frank Vogel thinking taking Hibbert out for the two most crucial defensive possessions of the game?!?!?!

 

I wanna know how much David Stern paid Vogel to make that decision. Absolutely awful late game coaching there.

Yeah, I was shocked by that too but I'm assuming it was because of the foul situation.  Maybe trying to go small to get a bit more quickness on D.  I dunno, but I wouldn't have done it.  Leave Hibbert in the protect the rim.

 

Spurs huh.  I have a lot of respect for them as an organization because they are a great team, Pops is a great coach, and Timmy D is the greatest PF ever to play.  But, since we're bringing up David Stern...I lived in AZ for 10 years and remember when the Suns and Spurs clashed in 2007.  As I remember it...

 

Robert Horry body checks Steve Nash into the scorer's table.  Amare Stoudemire is on the bench and gets up, takes one step away from the bench, gets suspended the next game.  Claims he was going to check on Nash.  Doesn't matter, rule is you get suspended for leaving the bench.  That is fine.

 

Next game, Suns foul Spurs player hard.  Tim Duncan is on the bench and gets up, takes one step away from the bench, and..........nothing.  No suspension.  Nothing.  Suns were even 2-2, end up losing series.  Man, the entire state of AZ was talking about how Stern screwed us over for months after that.  Nobody could believe Duncan didn't get suspended.

I'm willing to bet Ithi was one of the 2 originals, Ithi did just start going through the motions on day 1 after the initial pressuring of me.

Anyway, moving on. 23 people left alive, 3 possessed. Tress, Despo, Kaylee, Tigraine, thoughts?

 

I'm still suspicious of Kronos, he hasn't done anything to change that thought.

 

Leaning town on Peace and Verbal for now.

Watched post game interview with Roy Hibbert.  Apparently he said he got taken out because he couldn't defend Bosh and Bosh had been hitting jumpers.  Vogel didn't want to leave Bosh wide open while Hibbert stayed in the paint.  Don't really agree but it does make sense.
