Azog is supposed to be dead, Radagast isn't even in it, and the Goblin King, iirc, is not supposed to be that fat or that stupid. The tree scene pissed me off, because it makes no sense for just Thorin to walk in by himself, then Bilbo then the rest of the dwarves instead of all of them at once, but I did like some of the scenes that they got from the book.
