Whilst I broadly agree with Turin, I can see why Dice looks suspicious. Even if we get it wrong, the worst case scenario is we lose a vanilla but gain useful information, if it goes random we could lose a much more important role

We don't know that you are town. We know what you claim, but I don't think it's anything close to certain. I think Rand might have given the mafia some character names to fake claim. Regardless, we need to achieve a lynch.

I really hate doing this. I've had very little time this weekend, enough to keep up with my game and some small things, but not enough to finish my read-through and notes. I've kept up with the newer posts just enough to know we have a couple of claims, a soft claim from Turin, and a rapidly approaching deadline without really being close to a lynch.

 

I didn't want to vote without finishing my read, but since there aren't many people around i will do my part to try to avoid a random if at all possible.

Bilbo & Co. walked towards the houses of Beorn. They had heard much about these from Gandalf, the huge, intelligent animals, acres of farmland, and a shapeshifter. They were unsure about what they would meet inside though. Would they get the help that they desperately needed. As they approached the house, they saw horses gallop inside, probably going to warn Beorn about their coming. Suddenly Beorn appeared himself, a large man, but kindly. He welcomed them inside, one by one, and they told stories, laughed and eventually went to sleep. The next morning however, they discovered that Beorn was gone, dissappeared with no trace. They went searching, throughout the house, and his land. No one could find him. Doubt grew in their minds, unsure of what was happening. Could Beorn be a traitor? Suddenly they heard the approaching footsteps of a man. It was Beorn! They stared closer and saw the skin of a wolf and the head of a goblin. He had betrayed them! Quickly they all rushed at him, with axes, swords and anything else they had. Beorn tried desperately to stop them, tried to explain, yet it was too late. The dwarves had already killed him. Only after his death did they realize that he had killed the wolf and goblin, and that he would have protected them from dangers. They went back, gloomy, depressed, and unknowing of what they would do.
