This night talk is getting a little carried away. I'm not saying we shouldn't have some game discussion going on, but there's way too many players that are advocating setting up a lynch for tomorrow. This is scummy, and dumb.

 

Save the voting for day, we can talk about what seems off to us but planning out a lynch only helps the mafia team t=so they know how to prepare.

 

Besides, I'm getting more of a townie vibe from Nightstrike tbh.

 

Red's case on him isn't all that strong really, and it's much easier to build a case on a newer mafia player who also doesn't have perfect grammar. It's much easier to make it look like they're flailing.

 

And the sudden spotlight on Nightstrike is ignoring a lot of other scummy candidates we had yesterday as well. Razen and BG, for one.

The biggest thing I find interesting in the nightstrike case is his fence sittiing on Basel compared to his strong defense of BG. How do those two things add up?

 

At this point, a Nightstrike lynch day 2 will be packed full of information.

 

Peace now advocating a Nightstrike lynch day 2... when there still could be tons of new info gained between now and then.

Yes, it was kinda scummy the way he was fence-sitting on a couple of players when he posted. But that's really the only thing that seemed like a true scumtell from him to me.

 

All his flailing afterwards to pressure from Red? Seemed more like townie flailing to me. All the "I'm town, I'm town" business would normally seem scummy from more experienced players, but from him seems more of a town tell imo.

 

And don't yall think if he was mafia he would be getting better coaching from his teammates? I'm pretty sure if he was mafia, his teammates would have been pulling this number:

so theres confo on 3rd parties being in this game, which means that a cult is a possability *looks directly at EP* his actions are anti-town, we've all said the Nights Watch makes since for a cult (as do a few other characters mind you). theres no reason we shoudlnt lynch him and if at all possible block him tonight.

I don't know whether Basel tells the truth or not. If he is telling the truth, then he probably won't live long after today, right? I mean, once he's claimed everybody with some killing power are likely to target him, right? I don't like bg as the lynch option either. I doubt he's scum, but he could be of course. I don't think there's a great case against him, either way. If we're to have a random on an inactive player, then we won't get the coroner's report. That would be terribly bad. We should try and get some sort of info out of the lynch, at the very least. Does anyone have any evidence pointing towards any of those 4 non-voters being scum? I haven't seen anyone voting any of them, so this seems like a really bad alternative for town.

I'm fairly certain Leelou was town given the situation. So the replacement is as good as confirmed in my book.

 

Also, there is a good chance that the mistake was made by someone relatively new so I think we might find some success in that area.
