In either case, Christine was poisoned by Javier on N2 and just took a while to die. As Kate did when she was poisoned N1. Javier has since also died and been mod coroner confirmed as the poisoner. Carry on Fatima person.

Dap, Assumptions in mafia can be very bad for your health. I was doing stuffs. You do not have the security clearance to be given that info as you are a Fatima townie apparently.

 

 

I did not kill her as I have already explained how she was killed.

I asked for mod clarifacation cos i was confused too. But on the night christine died turin was NAing her

N4 that was ill get the rest once i get on the comp. The 20 hour gaps are work usually

 

Christine was poisoned multiple days before. Have you noticed yet that almost everyone in the game has a role, and that most of them are active (visit people) roles and not passive (only triggered by being visited)?

Piano is fatima town watcher, seems pretty obvious.

 

JLM seems to be fatima scum.

 

If you look at the roles, the mafia roles for them seem to be either killing or protective, with investigative roles distributed amongst the town. If there's anyone on the Javier side left with a killing roll - I'd target Piano tonight for the kill, and JLM for the lynch tomorrow. JLM is probably the last Fatima killer, but it might make sense to avoid her having some sort of protective ability and wasting your kill. Lynching her should be more of a sure-thing.

 

I say this making the assumption that any kill she might submit tonight goes through regardless of whether she is killed or not by a NK. So this shouldn't allow her any additional kill cycles. The way she's played, I get the feeling she's trying to draw the NK.

Hey all, I checked last night and this morning but I can't wait any longer for day. I am afraid I will be gone for the next 2-3 days for a psychology retreat but I may get the chance to check in at some point if I can get signal in Wyoming. In any case I am glad we have outed mafia. The heavy taste of chemicals was the first thing that her drowsy mind noticed. Then the pain in the back of her head. Then the burning around her wrists and ankles. As she came into consciousness, she realized she was still bound, setting her pulse to rocket and the pain in her head to increase.

 

But it was quiet. It was damp and cool. She took a few deep breaths and made a point to look around - she seemed to be in some sort of glass enclosed greenhouse, though it was not warm.

 

Thick foliage surrounded her, leaves dripping with rain? Condensation?

 

"The moisture is vital to the health of their skin."

 

He had been standing feet away from her the entire time.

 

He smiled and held forth a gloved hand. On his finger perched a tiny golden and black frog - it was beautiful.

 

"They are charming in their own way, no?"

 

The frog lept from his finger and onto a branch, disappearing behind a broad leaf.

 

"But as with so many things, looks can be deceiving."

 

She sat still, her mind racing. She knew she was in trouble, but had not the slightest idea of how to get out of it. She tried to speak, but the drug still made her slow and the words wouldn't come out.

 

"I am sorry about that - I might have ben a bit heavy handed with the chloroform. But not to worry - you will not lack for sensation in the next few minutes..."

 

He smiled and brought forth what appeared to be an ice pick with a sticky black coating along the tip.

 

"The toxin of the Poison Dart Frog is deadly. It is secreted from their skin, a wonderful defense mechanism when you consider it is combined with their bright coloring. So many things in nature try to hide or to blend in. But they shine like jewels. They've always been a fascination of mine..."

 

She moved her mouth now, sound coming out but not yet forming into words.

 

"Do not strain yourself. Your voice will come out very soon, I promise you."

 

He moved in front of her, holding the pick level with her eyes.

 

"When I jab you with this, the initial sensation will shock you. But then it will become truly terrible, and as it increase, your entire muscle system will freeze in a rictus of pain as the burning envelopes you. It will take a little while to die, but it will feel like an eternity."

 

Her words took shape now, though they were still heavily slurred.

 

"Not the only ones..."

 

The man arched an eyebrow, "did you say not the only ones?" Are you in control enough of your mind and emotions to offer me threats? That is marvelous!"

 

The words came again.

 

"Not the only ones with..."

 

He chuckled now. "I'm tempted to give you the few extra moments it would take to let your voice restore itself. I am an admirer of strength, and your resistance will only increase my level of enjoyment. How do you feel now?"

 

Her voice was much more clear, though it came as a whisper this time.

 

"They are not the only ones with a defense system."

 

Her fingers had found the button minutes ago, and they pressed it now. She was rewarded with a *beep* and she knew that the 3 second timer had been activated.

 

"Enjoy this..."

The plume of fire erupted from within the glass house, shocking everybody who had been nearby. For a moment, night was turned into day, but then the fireball receded and thick, black smoke mixed with the flames that were left.

The explosion rocked the room where Darthe was being tortured. He had bravely withstood the cutting, prodding, and burning that had been inflicted on him, but he was breaking. The room lit with the glow of fire for just a moment, revealing his sweat-soaked body.

 

"Somebody seems to have found an end to their pain. Too bad it wasn't you, eh?"

 

The torturer set in with zeal then, breaking Darthe into spilling everything that he knew...
