These are updated with my impressions so far. I believe this is a big info lynch for the town as nobody mafia would vote their own godfather on D1 with time left to turn it around. Based on that and other voting patterns/town reads I have on people I have also blued Nightstrike and I cyan'd GF because of the third party claim. At worst GF is a lynch in the eves and at best can be left alive as a townie now, though I find it difficult to believe that story... Especially in Basic.

 

We are left with Tiinker, WoT13, Nolder, and Kae.

I don't disagree with your conclusions exactly but you started from an incorrect place and I think you should take that into account

It's possible, maybe even likely depending on personal experiences, that he was probably the only mafia member to do so but I would be wary of counting on such information to take you very far

Anyway I'm not in much of a position to pick on people for inactivity but a few forum searches tell me that since the game started you've posted on DM almost every day

I find it kind of hard to believe that preparing for school (whatever that means) kept you so busy that you couldn't spare more time for the game if you were already on DM anyway

 

I would have been more sympathetic had you just said you were bored with the game or some other such excuse

Blaming low activity on school when you clearly had time for the internet makes it seems like you're just using real life to cover for lurking

Was waiting for someone to go with that ridiculous reasoning. You're going with Darthe's "bad feeling"? It's Day 3 for crying out loud. Heats building up and you've literally just picked anything that could remotely look passable as a lynch. "Our cop's instinct" to make it sound more plausible....The "I do have a life" excuse also really bugs me. You've signed up for a game so commit to it and it's the common excuse for someone who's looking to lurk through the game hopefully without getting spotted. Though I'd be pretty bummed out too knowing that majority of my teammates bit the dust and the winning chances are looking slim.

??? I'm not keeping tabs on you not being around on Fridays and Saturdays. And no, I do my best to not blindly follow unless it's part of my master plan to be completely clueless, especially since he's given us his readings. Unless you really value his play that much over your own. I think you were being opportunistic and lazy.

To be perfectly honest I think there is a very high probability that's exactly what is going on but no one followed my idea that the last mafia member is lurking/sulking and that that player might be WoT13 so I put my vote elsewhere

I called out dice for similar reasons and I don't like how he popped up all of a sudden

GF is highly suspect to me because of the roleclaim

It is so out there

I mean I've heard of the role before but I have never ever seen it used and can't even contemplate anyone using it

This is a basic game and I just find it bizarre that such an obscure role would be in the game

I don't want to hear any of that BS about it being a BG basic game because regardless of who the mod is they labeled it a basic game and that comes with certain expectations

I'm all for expanding on the expectations of what roles could be considered basic but an Unlyncher would be taking it way too far IMO

 

On that note I would like to remind everyone that I once claimed Darth Vader in a star wars themed game (Sakaea I think it was either your game or you were in it, is that right?) and survived for I think two days and went on to win the game as scum

Sometimes crazy obscure claims will buy you time just based on the WIFOM and shock factor

I'm ok with letting GF slide for now but if we haven't won in a couple days I think we need to policy lynch just to be safe
