I got my sig from our light storm leader :), it's for the whole light faction. others have individual ones, and as ithi says, you can make your own, or ask for someone to make one, or more, for you. and others you'll earn as you go along.

 

we have two factions in the BT, just like the books, and... well, you don't need to worry about that yet, lol.

 

oh, btw, once you have access to some of the hidden boards, you'll find a sign up thread for a class on channeling saidin. it's a requirement, along with the necessary points and power levels (lol, well explain all that, it's not as complicated as it sounds) for promotion to soldier. it's still early for you, but it's never too early, if you've a mind to. :)

 

or you can wait for the next one, they happen pretty regularly :).
