Just wanted to say that I'm really sorry I've not been here as much as I'd like as I'm actually quite ill at the moment.


I actually have anxiety, depression and paranoia to finally overcome and intend to =)


On Thursday, and continuing for the four/five Thursday after, I'll be starting some "Serious Therapy" (Comforting Doctor Quote ftw!)


So, yeah, wish me luck?


Sorry if posting this has bummed you out and/or is just generally wrong.

Wish you the best! In addition to your therapy, have you considered some sort of physical activity? I find that yoga and dancing help me tremendously with anxiety and depression. Whatever sport or exercise appeals to you, though, will help you get out of your head. Hope this helps.
