I don't see how a deadline will do anything beneficial to town unless people aren't participating, all it will do is cause people to jump on bandwagons and force a lynch. Deadlines are a scums best friend on Day 1.

Believe it or not, I think this is the only truly scummy vote on me. I can understand everyone else's votes cause they were involved or adding to the bandwagon. I think Wombat figured me out and wants to eliminate me before I can do any damage to the mafia.

 

That mixed with your desire for a deadline when when you've been fairly quiet. As I think Ishy put it, what I did was similar to your Day 1 style intentionally. Meta is a two edged sword I guess. What is normal for you is deadly to me. Shame.

Let's get this narrowed down and focused now so we can come to consensus.

 

I just want to point out something though. Nolders been taken crap cause I think he knows what I'm up to, but it was a weird scummy thing that happened when his train grew. People thought I was scummy, Nolder kinda defended me, people voted Nolder... Now doesn't it make more sense to vote me to see if Nolder's defense of me means anything first? There were scum on his train, I gaurentee it.

a few thoughts

 

1. I really hate how my fate is now seemingly tied to BGs, I did nothing to deserve this beyond ask two loudmouths to quiet down in an attempt to bring everyone else back in the game.

 

2. I do not know what, if anything, you're up to BG. At this point I'd guess you have an on death ability like a bomb or somesuch but even so I don't see a reason why you feel you'd need to force it to happen. Or not. Like I said I have no idea.

 

3. I can't believe this even needs to be said but Vote: No Deadline. A deadline only helps scum. We want to reach a lynch on our own terms if we can.

Sorry, don't worry about it then. I had hoped someone might have picked up on it, but I suppose I was wrong. At this point, even if someone did, it was probably scum. I don't have a super secret plan per se, but I had hoped to draw in some negative attention... prevents me from getting NK'd... turns out I drew in too much it seems. If I get to L-3 or L-2 I'll reveal.

I think there are two things you can do:

1. Reveal, and hope everyone believes you. I advice you to not wait too long with that, or

2. Not reveal, and getting lynched.

 

You will need a good reveal to convince me you are not scum.

I agree. (I can't get the quote thing to work for some reason right now...) I'm not the greatest at reading into every single thing anyone says either. It's a game, and I play games to have fun, I try not to take it too seriously.

 

I haven't seen anything in what BG has said to make me wonder about a secret important role, but it could be I'm just missing it because I'm not reading too deeply into anything. At any rate, I am interested to see where this goes, so I will jump on the bandwagon.

Not sure how I feel about this post... naturally I'm curious to know what it is that BG is claiming to be, however I usually err on the side of caution when it comes to role reveals. I know he's been baiting us about is role, I just think he's trying to make himself seem important, perhaps more than he really is.

 

@BG- BTW, hinting at some type of role is a tiring strategy to get people to take their votes off you, however it only works if you reveal. Otherwise it's just you making unnecessary noise, trying to puff yourself up. BTW if you are town, and make it through this day, you seem to have made yourself a prime mafia target, since one of you're little role hints is that you could "hurt the mafia".
