Night falls and the sun rises. Sir Robin looked around and let out a whimper. He had gone out early to relieve himself and had gotten lost. Noises started coming from all sides and he began to get frightened. Suddenly a large, tall, dark shape appeared and drew his sword. Sir Robin shakily drew his own and slashed half-heartedly at his assailent. With a derisive laugh, the figure batted his blade aside and thrust his own deep into Sir Robin's chest.

 

 

 

Sir Robin, tracker, has been killed.

 

It is now Day 3.

Red my day two vote was not my idea. It was a restriction. Which really pissed me off. Since I couldn't really vote for anyone else I wasn't participating as much. Not to mention I have been sick for a few days now, and well yesterday was bad. My son almost took me to the hospital. So, yes I was less active and voted for someone I didn't suspect as much as someone else. I had a lovely restriction. I would have gladly voted for Moon. I just couldn't.

 

Okay, back off to bed.

Eh, this is only my third mafia game since my rejoin of DM, and it has been a while, and this is my first Advanced, so if I smell newish, it may be that. Just sayin. I asked if there could be two silencers and y'all laughed at me. Then I asked if there could be two Mafia teams, and someone screamed scum. Idk, was just asking if that might be the case.

 

 

I am with Key on this one for sure. I have no idea whats going on. It is just walls of text. I know at least one of the three has to be scum, and I wouldn't be surprised if it was a Kivam gambit, or whatever y'all called it before, and two of them flip mafia.

Yes, who was sir Robin? If people are being silenced, we can't even tell by posts. But now we lost a tracker. I understand a tracker can find out about nightly actions, though I'm not sure how vital this role is. People should post so we know who is alive.

Your post breakdown is interesting. Red took up a lot of screen time herself BG but you don't mention that or the other scummy behavior she has committed. That's noted.

 

 

My goal of that breakdown was not to include you Jack, but you throw yourself everywhere so it is hard not to. I was merely analyzing GF's actions.

 

Also, what's with all the edited and deleted posts? Isn't that against the rules, but then you randomly leave that you are willing to vote for Moon? What's going on Jack?

Im of the opinion the Moon is being scummy but it jsut doesnt feel right for the lynch. I think that the Jack and Chris interaction was distracting and to me I dont think its something they would do just because they are childish. So that leads me to want to take a look at one of them as they are likely scum. I still think jack is a good candidate but I want to look at chris first to give a weighed opinion.

 

Oh and jack, what happened with all those posts? Glitch or something?

Re: what I bolded - Why do people call me Chris?! Totally not of this game, but this happened a few yrs ago when I first joined the Tower. I visited the Warders and then Corki called me "Chris" by mistake, and so everyone thought I was a guy and proceeded to recruit me for the Warders Guild. *facepalm* In short, my name is CHARIS and I'm a GIRL. Thanks. Also, I acknowledge that you suspect me. I know that others do, too, and I regret that I let myself be sucked into a constant debate from both Jack and Red. It certainly didnt help me any.

 

I'm very confused about the Jack thing. Editing gets us modkilled, no? What the heck happened?

 

It's bad we lost our Tracker. The thing is, though, I dont remember Csarmi ever even hinting as to who he was tracking. Or maybe he tracked someone first night and got nothing? I just wish we'd gotten some info from him.

 

BG, I think your casing on GF is fascinating. Totally slipped under my radar. I dont know that I think she's scummy, but I will be keeping watch from now.

 

I am going to have to do another re-read, because I dont see much contribution from Moon or Min either way. But by far, the PR claims strike me as most strange. There seem to be 3, at most 4 going on at once:

1. Red's "in character" PR (if you can call it that).

2. Min's assertion that she was 'forced' to vote Red.

3. Wombat's 'quiet/silenced' PR.

4. Moon's 'newt' PR.

 

Assessment:

1. Red's "PR" is more believable since it hasnt stopped whether day or night. If she were faking it, I would think she'd just do it for a day. So, to me, this is more of a mod-created thing than a PR given by someone. I wouldnt even call it a PR anymore.

2. Min's claim is kinda odd because, well, she was already voting Red, no? Seems so in Day 1 and there was really no reason to change it in Day 2. Also, a PR restricting a vote doesnt necessarily mean you cant post. Yet, she offered almost nothing. Ok, allowance given here because she says she has been sick. That's fine. But, to claim a PR on her vote here doesnt seem quite 'on' to me.

3. Wombat seems legit enough. At the risk of meta-gaming, I have played with Wombat before and I've never seen him so quiet. Unless it was a ploy, in which case I'm back to square one.

4. Moon says she was turned into a newt. Ok, it is game-related. But, this also silenced her? (I realize newts dont talk.) My point is two silencing PR's are very strange IMO. Yes, we have 25 people in this game. Yes, it's Krak-modded. (Hm... that says enough already! ) So, if I take the 'anything goes' attitude, I can almost believe this is a real PR. I'm just not sure it wasnt contrived to throw of suspicion.

 

That's all I have so far, which means I'm still nowhere. Except that I still suspect Jack, of course. But, not so much for the 'bloodthirsty' reason I was forced to reiterate ad nauseum. More for his reactions afterward and how he lashed out at just about everyone. Not good for the Town and very over-defensive. I'm good with voting Jack again, but I'm not bound to it. I just cant figure out all these PRs. I have a feeling that at least one, if not 2 of the above are scum. My assessments lead me to point the finger at Min and Moon. But, I could be completely fooled by the others. I'm willing to go with the majority today.

 

Just a heads up (since I dont know how long Day will last) - I am speaking at a conference this wknd, and I have much prep to do ahead of time. I also have a few blood tests to make sure my pregnancy is moving along safely. (Had some complications last time.) So, if I cant get on much in the next few days, please know that I'm still in the game. I will do my best to cast my vote before Day ends.

Well. I agree. I wish we had been able to get some info from csarmi before he died, but we had only had one night and that's a bit early to start putting out there power role info. Too dangerous.
