Are we seriously backing off Alanna despite her "Lynch me, I don't care" post? If she were truly town, she would have argued herself out of that quandary instead of committing game-a-cide? She swooped in to vote with no explanation, only to later come back and blame offline issues when no one pressed her. These were the same reasons we went after Piano.

I'm not sure who is scum with her, but come on gang! Alanna is scummy mcscummerson. We just need to figure out who is with her.

BG, Drew and Me, apparently?

Anyway I1m fine with either lynch. I think a Songs lynch would give us more information (been posting a lot more + been more divisive), but I also believe this game to be very simple right now. We don't need more information. At least not information of this kind. We need confirmed townies. If it is TRUE that we have 8 confirmed townies (I'm not sure, do we?), then the game must bewon already unless the maffia can manage double kills at night which I certainly doubt as no such things happened these days (and of course if they don't have lynch immunity).

We're fretting way too much over a won game - at least we're trying to figure out the wrong thing.

So, let me ask:

Who is SURELY innocent and why, as things stand now?

I don't have time to go through all this, but seriously, shouldn't THIS be the thing we're talking about?

I prefer a Songs lynch to an Alanna lynch currently, but I think Mynd has more to say.

Also, we haven't heard from Kwom Tinkbag yet.

Not that I am opposed to it, but I am curious why you feel a Songs lynch would be in our better interest. Or rather, why you are less convinced of Alanna. I mean, she dragged her feet in revealing her role, plenty of time to go to mafiascumWiki and choose one that would fit. She was not very forthcoming at all, and only when she began to see that she might not get lynched after all was when she began acting town. I find your comment quite curious, especially since you know I have yet to play my final card.

Alanna, what do you think about lynching Songs? Or should we lynch Nyn or Verbal instead?

Her roleclaim for me was sort of verified in my eyes by the night the NK failed for some reason. Her explanation makes sense. Songs, on the other hand, doesn't have even that. I'm just using the info we have. If Alanna is being very clever here, we'll narrow it down at some point. I think we should lynch someone on the nonconfirmed list and have Ahmoondah kill someone else on that list, and our list will be even narrower by tomorrow.

The only thing you'll do by lynching me is killing a townie and narrowing down the list. I don't understand why some of guys now want to lynch me, when there's scummier players. I have been early on the scum lynches, except for Nae's, and I single handedly brought down player. Yes it takes more than one vote to lynch someone, but none of you guys saw what I saw and voted just for a majority. It's ridiculous. That's all I have to say for now and I know what happens when the mob get this kind of mentality. I don't want to get lynched, and I think it's ridiculous that there are scummier players in this game and it's probably going to end up me as we only have a day until deadline, but I'm a nilla townie, so wouldn't be wasting any special powers if I did get lynched.

Before I decide where I'm going to cast my vote, I have a question.

Alanna, why did you express in two of your posts that you simply don't care, as you yourself have put it? Is it because of it being implied that you're fibbing about why you voted a couple of times without an explanation? Because even if it did upset you (and I totally understand that it did), as town it shouldn't change the fact that you want us to win this game. Throwing the towel and letting us lynch you, if you're town, will hardly help us, as I'm sure you'd agree. It also reminds me of Nae who went all 'fine, lynch me' and voted for herself when she realized that she had no where to go but down.

So can you maybe clarify a bit why you said that? The rate of satisfaction I get from your reply will decide my vote.

That's only because I outted myself early in my first incarnation >.> and i don't feel my style has changed at all. I'm just laying a little low and sharing information when I feel nesseccary. My first incarnation also had a role that was useful and required for me to play the way I did, if it was different.

Edit after preview to consider Mynds post: That is ver interesting indeed.

Fair enough for now. Unvote: Vote Verbal

Nyn

The annoyance, as you said, came from the implication that I was lying about being busy/RL issues/whatever. So the not caring came from that annoyance, combined with, well, the fact that this game has been going on for a really long time now, and honestly, in that moment, I kind of wanted to be lynched because it would be a relief to be out of the game (which, if you know me, I'd have to be pretty fed up to get to that point, because I'm rather proud of my lynch record lol). There's a little more to it than that - there are certain specific things about this game that have been annoying me for a while - but I'd rather not get into those details here.

There's a part of me that still would be relived to be lynched and be out of the game, but as I've calmed down a little over the past couple days, I realized (1) this game is probably almost over anyway (especially if Ahmoon decides to use her balefire, which this late in the game, I think would be worth it to at least try it once) and (2) I've played games in the past where townies stopped caring about the game and let themselves be lynched/modkilled, and I really hate that, because it's one of the worst ways to be a townie. So I'm trying to force myself to keep caring about the game just a little big longer, since we're getting to the end here anyway.

I think between Song, Verb, and Nyn, I would prefer a lynch on Song, though I don't really have a very good read on any of them. I have the most 'town' feeling from Nyn, I think. The only reason I say Song is because I felt like I haven't heard from her, and she's usually a pretty vocal player.

Drew, is it also possible that the NK failed because the player they targeted can block Night Kills?

Is it not interesting that the night that there was not a night kill, I had announced my visit with the snakes?

I know this is your style, Mynd, but if you have a really strong reason to suspect that Alanna is lying, you might as well just come out and say so. So you think she's lying about having the "hiding" role because you believe you blocked your own NK? or what?

Big Unnoticed Thing: It might do you all some good to read The Great Hunt, Chapter 9, keeping an eye out for any items that might be extremely important to this game.

Well, BG could only think of the Horn and the Dark One's Seals... Maybe the Horn can be used in a nifty way.

BG thought that the town may not want to get so comfortable in the thought that the game was just about over and they were going to win, the mafia can still win via the seals.

Well I'm quite sure I know what item he mean, I know who holds it at the moment and I wouldn't mind having it.. :D I once asked Womby if that item would give me a special powers and he PAFOed.. Yet I'm unable to steal it, so it would take the owner atm. to gift it..

Sorry for not posting for a while, but been quite busy, and haven't had much to add: I don't really have clear opinion who is the most scum of those four, but something in Vamb has been little scummy, but not really that much.

Will you tell us what item that is?

Also, why is it assumed that killuliu is town?

I must ask Womb, for it might be such a clear hint of my character that it could get me modkilled.

Because they are pretty sure they have found out my character (Ahmoond has pointed it out several times, read his list of confirmed and suspicious), but I'm afraid I can't confirm nor deny it for the sake of avoiding Modkill.

Mynd said that he was Mat, I think, which explains about a certain item that he requires.

And I believe it is the disc he is talking about (womby that is). how many have we lost, do we know. Does womby say when one has been destroyed?

I think he said on the first night or so that the first seal had been broken, but I haven't noticed that he would have said anything after that. So it means that we have only one down, or then we have no idea.. :D The announcement of the first seal could have been also to give the plot a start..

Can you guys summarize me why we think killuliu is Mat?

I don't understand what that item might be. The foxhead? Why would that matter? The black/white disk? That's a seal surely but why would Mat has one and why would it matter? As long as there is at least ONE of those seals in good hands, the Shadow may not win that way.

Now someone told me that for some reason we think Quibby is immune to thievery actions AND Night Kills. I don't know where that is summed up, but if that is true, as long as we don't lynch Quibby, the shadow may not win as I think Quibby must have at least one seal too (that's an assumption, but a good one, I suppose because if I had a Seal, I'd surely gist it to him for those reasons).

Or are we not sure about Quibby?

Quibby has the Horn, which prevents him from getting NKed, and he has a Heron marked sword, which prevents stealing from him (or so he claims, I tested and couldn't steal from him ;D).

And Fain would have became a serial killer had he obtained the dagger, but I believe it just disappeared.
