So you are trying to take over from the Dude barm, lol. When you did it in the other game, I'm sure you had some kind of finder role but couldn't tell so you did that to get people to vote, But I could be wrong. Oh and I'm not saying you are the finder. I'm just reminiscing.

I have to say that I thought the Govenor role was pro town. I've never seen it mafia. But can he use it on himself, sometimes they can't.

Ok, now that his cover's been blown - Barm, seeing as how you've only ever used the Cromwell Approval to cover for being the finder, I've been assuming that's what was happening here as well (hence the backing of the play, and "are you as sure as last time" comments).  Now that its been pushed into the open (seriously, Talya - why?) Can you confirm or deny?

Whjy would his cover be blown? It doesn't mena he is a finder...I was just talking about it like you guys.. so tough luck. If he is so stupid as to try that again that is his problem, because the healer maybe not have known it and the mafia could well have known it... :P

His cover is blown because as soon as you mentioned that (and assuming DS is scum) any mafia team with a brain would target Barm on the off chance he's doing it again.

I'm still struggling to vote for no other reason than Barm flashed a shiny picture at as and therefore he must not only be innocent, but he MUST be the finder! Seriously people? I'm not saying I think DS is innocent beyond doubt, but I am not enough convinced by Barm's 'evidence' to vote for him.

The reason why that conclusion is drawn, is because the ONLY other time he did this was because he had a finder role. That is why some people are rather stalwart in their backing of him. Also, if it turns out a red herring, then Barm becomes incredibly suspect.

 

And from now on, let's please not mention anything about our Finder(s) that could pin them to a specific person. Even if you 'recall' something from the past, bringing it to bear here seems a little silly, when you can always use that information later on when we are in dire straits. We are hardly in dire straits.

And Nae, you don't have nor will you get clarification from Barm for a few days, so you just nonchalantly throw a vote on me and cover it up with well he maybe the finder.

 

Nae in every game you play you always say never trust a finder 100% but now you throw a vote on me and no one has revealed as a finder.

Pete... Kivam is right.  We are at a good enough spot right now to test Barm's theory... if you flip innocent he'd go down.  We already got two mafia and it's only day two.  Why are you so defensive of everyone trying for this if, as you say, you can end day early and prevent your death anyways?

 

I do say you can't always trust the finder.  We can't .. what's a good way to test if Barm is telling the truth about saying you are scum?  True he isn't here to say yay or nay on that anyways but if votes start piling up before he can say for certain then I'll remove mine.

I have to say, something has been bugging me about you, Pale. I don't know what... yet. But this post just sort of... makes it stronger.

 

People, as the oldbies have said, this technique worked for the dude about 85% of the time. His were always gut feelings that later evidence was able to back up. (Since it's already been stated) Barms has previously used it to peg mafia when playing as the finder. It's a way of signaling that he knows what he's talking about without saying what he's trying to say. He could be any type of finder. That said, it's a crappy bluff if he's not any type of finder because he knows he'd die the next day. I have to say it sways my vote.
