New novice slipping in

Hello there,

 

How are you all doing, and what's happening around here these days?

 

I signed up to become a Novice, and hopefully Accepted and Aes Sedai after some more time on here. The house I have been assigned to is Damodred, and Dah'Mir is my mentor.

 

A little about me: I learnt about WOT very early this year, and started reading WOT in February. Now I'm about to finish book three (The Dragon Reborn), and am hoping to start book four in about two weeks.

 

I live in Norway with husband and children, and was born in 1982. Love reading, singing, music, dancing and sometimes writing. Oh, and I'm Project Leader of the photography and paper crafts section in Illuminators org. :)

Hehe. It was an Aes Sedai from TV.net who bugged me into starting to read WOT. I'm forever grateful for that now! Then I joined TV.net, and someone told me about DM not so long ago. Then I decided to join here too.  :)

Welcome to the White Tower Onis. I am not at that other site so you don't know me yet. I look forward to becoming friends with you. I am so excited you have DooDah as your mentor. I am crazy about him and his brother. Brotherly friendly Aes Sedai crazy that is.

Egwene is an interesting character. My favorite since book one was Matrim and still is. There were others that I liked, but as the books progress their characters changed so much. My son recently began reading the books and as soon as Mat was in a chapter he told me you love Mat the most don't you Mom. He knows me too well. Enjoy the books they are so wonderful. Avoid the book discussion threads as they can contain spoilers and honestly I love things to be a shock and surprise.

People around her call me Min, which is what my family calls me in real life. I also love her character. I was shocked to find a book with that name being used to be honest. I look forward to getting to know you better. I live in the US, in Arizona to be more specific. Not to far from author Stephenie Myer who wrote the Twilight Series. Not that I have ever seen her.

Hey Onis OLeia, sorry for the late introduction. Just been busy.

 

I am Dahmir or also known as DooDah to others. I'm in the Yellow Ajah and a yellow sitter too. We (The Yellows) are a bunch of insane people except me, i'm the most sane one there unless other people would say other wise LOL.  ;D

 

Anyways, i'm glad that you came and joined us on DM and i'm glad to be your mentor too. So about me, i'm 22 years old, finishing up college with a degree in Studio Art and then off to grad school. Oh, and i live in the states, more like the city that never sleeps NYC. I started reading WoT when my brother (Cairos, like he said is my RL twin brother) introduced me to it. I love reading books that doesnt make me bored or so. As you can see, i love doing art, or making anything that is creative such as painting, drawing, sculptures or just doing japanese manga or video game characters. Also want to get into some graphic design and 3D arts. Thats all about me, unless there are other information you would like to know.  8)
