For recruiting you need to buy an A'dam for 250 points. I don't think any team had enough points to do this last night, but next night recruitments or nightkills are likely to happen.

To be honest, I was hoping so, to move the game along. In my opinion, it got somewhat boring there for a while. But the voting went so quickly, I wonder if any team has enough points yet to do anything. There weren't many posts today, other than just votes, which can't be worth much. I think we probably have one more safe night. Tomorrow, though, things might start hopping. ;)

I don't think it's impossible, but I really believe it's not the case. It would be supremely unfair to every single other group, because we're all divided and could be easily infiltrated unknowingly.  It would be a piece of cake for them to win. If there IS a BA, I agree with Talya: it's probably the 8th group.

If the BA was the 8th group then they would be mafia. Since we know there is no mafia I agree that they can only be a cult, if there is a BA. At least that is my thinking on the subject.

We did move right along, good grief!

More thoughts are that the BA if working as a cult could be recruiting during the day and/or night. Never know how Pete is going to put a spin on things. So, I wouldn't trust those in your groups too much just in case.

Okay the night kill and recruiting possibilities is scaring the heck out of me right now.

There's just one thing bugging me. We are supposed to go to an Ajah today, well, every day. We voted so fast, we never got there. And there is still a prize up for grabs, which I hope is still offered, even though we never got to the Ajah.

I think I think too much....

The aes sedai threw away their calm composure and demanded the ousting of moose sedai.

Their insatiable craze led to the killing of a white sister. It was a dark day for the tower, but a day that had to be reached none the less.

Night will end tomorrow at 9pm est

The winner of the prize is lily.

No one achieved a level five worthy post but lily was the highest point earner for the day so the prize is hers.

Points for the day

Lily – 15

Charis –

Meesh – 6

Jaydena – 2

Verbal – 2

Elgee – 4

Talya – 3

APTL – 6

Ludmian – 8

Illiara –

Torrie – 4

Crystal – 5

Minuet – 5

Mystica – 2

Green shirt – 2

Ellianora – 6

Mcs – 2

White sister? Yay!!! It's a pity Moose wasn't a Head. But the next White we lynch will certainly be.  ;D

I hope so. The chances are that some teams might already have enough points for a night kill at least. Maybe even for a recruiting if two or three top point earners happen to be on the same team, though it's less likely.

Well, there is one person out there with all the White marbles now. Let's see what we know.... Panda had earned quite a few points on Day 1, but by themselves they aren't enough to do anything with, really. Moose didn't earn any, I don't think. I like the way that balances. :) The White Ajah now depends on one person to earn points. Seeing how slowly my Ajahs points are adding up, I think it's safe to conclude that they aren't going to be a threat for quite some time. Anybody else have any thoughts on this they'd care to share?

*Can see the last White sitting there laughing, because I'm totally off base. Maybe cackling, even....*

*Thinks of the song "Another One Bites the Dust" by Queen.

Dang I was hoping to get whatever it was. Maybe it will blow her up. *giggles* You know I would only say that in a mafia game Sis.

Okay, so it worked with getting rid of one inactive player. We need to consider during this night phase who is next. That way we can be as quick about it. At least that is my idea.

What if that last White is Myst? She has a lot of points.

And that is exactly why I wanted us to lynch the people with lots of points!

But nooooo ... let's get rid of the inactives, with no points, why don't we?  ::)

I'm going to make a list of all those opposed to the idea - I'll just bet they're the ones with high scoring team members.

You can put me on that list, Elgee. Sheer self-preservation. It's not my teammates who have a lot of points. ;) But that's what Pete's been trying to explain to us. That's the point of the game. Post often. Impress him with your posts. Earn points. Use points. Win.

Thank you, Pale. That's what I said. I'm glad to see that trend of you agreeing with me, or thinking like I do, extends to this game, too. :)

Well, there's two people in green on the list. Zania and Moggy. Should we pick one of those? The list is on pg 48 if anyone wants to review it.

Believe it or not, my team has no high scoring members (though I really don't expect anyone to believe me), and yet I oppose this idea. Who are high scoring members? They are those who

a) post a lot

b) make good posts and

c) as a result of a and b they keep the game going and make it more interesting. I believe you would find it more fun to play with people who don't post at all. Yes, it would be so exciting to wait a month or two until they log in and decide to vote for lynching someone. I don't imply that high point earners should be safe. Not at all. But I don't like the idea of lynching them at this point of the game. Do they make things more dangerous for other players? Yes, they do. But come on, you aren't going to suffer any real harm because of that. It's a game. It's supposed to be interesting, not boring, even if it makes someone feel more safe.

I'm also in favour of lynching either Zania or Moggy, by the way.

I agree with Luddy on this. Elgee - I see your point on going after high scorers, I do. It makes perfect sense. BUT - in the interest of moving the game along and actually seeing things happen, it's really better off to get rid of the inactives. Then we can go from there.

I think we're in Night Phase, so no voting allowed yet, but jsut arbitrarily, I'd say let's just vote in the order they are mentioned:

Zania first, then Moggy.

It doesnt really make a difference as they're both no threat, but just to get the ball rolling, that's my suggestion.

I have to say I agree with Luddy and Lily here. Lynching inactives now will move the game along. Yes high-scorers have a better chance of getting things like the a'dam that way, but that will make the game interesting. We can lynch the high scorers later when we have a lot more info to assess who might be in what Ajah.
