I'm so glad it didn't get lost somewhere in the system...  I was especially afraid of that with the overseas postcards I sent.

 

Hooray for successfully mailing something that makes people happy!!  ;D ;D

I'm about to send out mine but I need some help. How much is the postage rate for cards overseas?  I have never sent anything out of the country before and if y'all can save me a trip to the post office I would be forever grateful.

Yeah, I checked everyone on the list and the overseas cards are 98 cents, except for Canada, which is 75 cents.

 

So, MOST of my cards will be in the mail tomorrow. If I can talk my non-working husband into going to the post office to get more stamps tomorrow, the rest will be in the mail the day after.

And, as far as the stamp deal goes for overseas.... I just stuck 2 first-class stamps on every postcard that was leaving the country, and they got there all right, so.... *shrugs*

Postcards away! :D I got 'em in the mail today (except for Tay's and Rune's, which will be in the mail tomorrow...). :D I put your postcards in the mail before my dad's father's day card. *laughs* PLEASE don't tell him that...

I got a great card from meeshiepoo!!  Hogs and kisses to you to love!! 

 

and of course the lovley Georgia scene from my darling sistertwin! 

 

and a great thank you card from Torrie!!  *hugs everyone*

 

Thank you all soo much!!  I just adore happy mail!

 

actually I love the card exchange the most!  Cards are wonderful and there are so many beautiful ones!  LOL  Bill and I have a collection of Labrador greeting cards..someday I am going to make a collage of them and have a Lab Room in my mansion...when ever that happens...

I got a card from Torrie and one from Twinnie a while before that... I haven't been around much lately because I've had loads to do for college but getting random, cute stuff in the post cheered me up while I was doing it, so thank you both!  :D
