Yes.  You can have 3 Seanchan characters, 3 Ogier character, 3 Aiel characters, and 3 general Freelanders characters, which includes Seafolk, Tinkers, Freebooters, Kin, Wilders, Nobles, and general populace.  This is primarily because these separate groups have been their own divisions in the past, and could be their own division again if there ends up being enough people playing them.

We have 5 of them, from Tig and Jehaine's characters, and I'm sure that there are more of them out there.  That's part of why I wanted to do this roll call, was to see who we do have and what we're short on.

 

If you're interested in playing a Seanchan, by all means you can make one and submit it to the bio email.  I don't want anyone making characters just to fill a void, though.  You should enjoy your characters and want to play them.
