Me: "Ok, we can do that for you.  Why did you downgrade your services in the first place?"

Her: "Um... I didn't like the spam email I was getting."

Me: "Un-huh.  OK then.  I'm just going to transfer you to Customer Service and they can set you up.  Have a nice day."
