Ship Wreck Mafia - game thread-

Sorry guys. Not sure where Nephi is, but I just got home from a trip.  I'll have the night results up soon.

Everyone arises from a restless night full of bad dreams, afraid of what you'll find this time.  Everyone looks around, and soon you realize that Talya has not emerged from her bed.  With a heavy heart you find her sprawled face down on the beach, not far from Naeann's bed, a dagger standing out from her back.

 

As Leelou, Naeann, and Kivam gather around Talya's body, Wes, Soyo, and Loki hang back from the group.  Before the others can realize they aren't there, the three of them share a glance, then as one pull daggers from their belts and plunge them into the unsuspecting backs of the remaining innocents.

 

Wes, Soyo, and Loki, the Mafia, have won.

 

Endgame Innocents: Leelou, Kivam, and Naeann.

 

Points will be posted after I can consult with Nephi.

 

Roles:

 

Mafia: Loki, Soyo, and Wes

 

Serial Killer: First roleless innocent to be night killed was going to get offered the chance to survive as a SK. However the Mafia got lucky and always hit someone with some kind of role. :P

 

Healer: Talya

 

Tracker: Danya

 

Masons: Tig, Barm, and Vemy

 

Innocents: Kivam, Kison, Alys, Nae, and Leelou

I knew Wes had some sort of role cause I viewed him the first night. but since Talya was still alove, I figured he was the healer or something. and when Talya claimed that role, it was too late for me to do anything  :-\ good game all. oh, and Kivam was the second I viewed and he was having a real boring night from what I could see  :P

drat! sooo close! with sboyd dead loki was an obvious next and I figured wes would soon get caught!

 

Seriously, when kivam announced that he thought loki & and sboyd or Wes was evil, i was hitting my head on the desk. Especially since he was the closest and no one listened to him cause of me >.<

I feel bad though, because maybe if I hadn't tried to be so clever about the masons group maybe you guys would have had a better chance.  I don't know.  But it was a good game all.

I'm gonna be annoyed for a long time that I didnt interpret my view of Wes right.

 

In the case of the mafia, you'd see the action of what the mafia did as a group, even if the person viewed was not the one sending in the night actions to the mod.

 

this is what my pm from the mods said, but thats not what happened. I didn't see what happened in the Mafia group I only saw Wes rummaging around over by Talya.  :-\

 

blah, oh well. Kivams game next. should be.... fun  :D

Wes was next next suspicion, but I was not sure who to go for last night...I was choosing between me , naeann, or Leelou, and went with Naeann....damn.

Danya, the point was that no matter who actually sent in teh night action for the mafia, if you viewed one of them, you'd see them as the one doing it.  Not that you'd see all the mafia members. :P

yeah, I got that, but I didnt see his action is what bothers me, cause it clearly said in my pm that I would.

Because no action resulted. :P  They went after Talya, and Talya protected herself, so nothing was accomplished.  By saying anything more I would have given away Talya's role, and that wasn't who you viewed.

But there was an Action even if it didn't get the result the Mafia wanted right? I get why you didn't want to give out Talya's role, but if I got the action, I still wouldn't have known she was the Healer, only that she was healed.. right?  ???

And it was almost Naeann last night, and just for the record, the gears were turning madly trying to figure out how we were going to spin this whole thing. We had a plan, but trying to anticipate which way Kivam was going to take it was, shall we say, a bit of a concern.

Considering I had no role at all and my "you'll see when we survive until tomorrow" thing was pure bravado bluff, I'm glad I did something to make you sweat (since I basically handed you the game on the first two days).

 

I'm just annoyed by that Kison over Boyo lynch . . . but my credibility was shot beyond repair by then  :(

We had to decide who was least likely to be gaurded by Talya. It came down to you and Talya. But when Kivam named you and Boyo as definite evils, we knew we had to keep you. Then we had to gamble that Talya would not protect herself. Thank the mafia gods that we went with her! Although, It would have been cool to see how our plan was going to work out! 8) We were quite excited...
