I've lost my marbles (pretty sure that death card SD pulled for me was concerning my sanity 😂),  most people are thrilled the cop is dead, the first Day/Night lost us 3 townies, there has been a helluva lot of emotions going and I have no idea where to go from here.

Well, night claimed only 2 townies and anyone other than Teph would’ve seen the Vig coming. 
 

Most of the emo influence has left the game and barring a Heavy flareup, we should be good to continue.

@dicetosser1 I’m looking at your vote on SD and I get that he’s drawn a lot of attention to himself with his kooky posts.  But he is the top poster out of the current group.

 

If he’s scum, that would mean he came into the game with his kooky-post-plan to play out front and has kept it up.
 

That’s a lot of effort for a plan that is just as likely to get him lynched as it is to cover him. 
 

On the other hand, he’s contributed next to nothing as far as actual game content goes. His reads list above is all fluff. 
 

In my head, this is a crazy way to hide as mafia - but I got suckered into crazy play last game too lol. What do you see that I’m missing?

Well first it is nearly impossible to respond to your response in the quote because I can't see your responses in my reply. It is obnoxious.  Please stop doing that. So I will go back and look because tbf, I didn't expand the quote before. So back in a while.

 

Actually,  I'll respond to the first part first. What mistakes did I make? And what facts did I have wrong?

 

I've lost plenty of games as both alignments yes. You don't win them all. You just contradicted yourself. Your first line "I expect town Turin to be more objective and analytical." Then turn around and say "but you've done thus before and lost games for town because of it." The first is insinuating that I'm mafia but the second says this is a behaviour I've exhibited before as town, implying that you in fact know.im town. So am I good playing mafia, or bad playing town?

 

Maybe it is Darthe and you are cooking up the TWTBAW angle to save SD again.

For the record, I didn’t shoot anyone. If I would have had a shot I most likely would have shot SD as he was the other train when a townie got lynched. My other choice would have been DPR.

It's all sarcastic belligerent ranting until the Peace part. That's misrep. Peace was advocating for sensible things to do in a mafia game. Vote your conviction. Share thoughts. Discuss who and why you think is mafia. He was in people's faves and they didn't like it. But he wasn't wrong. Your response is true from a mafia perspective. That you are phrasing it sarcastically doesn't change that is most likely your thought process.

The phase is only so long. People waiting until DL to have serious discussion leads to dead townies and unnecessary claims by Town PRs. Both only help mafia win. Another misrep. I never said lists were bad. I think everyone should give one every game day with the reasons they have for people. Especially if they have moved people around.

You disagree with my PoV about his lunch? Explain yours. Every time someone asked you to explain your Peace vote you replied with disdain and something like "I've made myself clear". Mafia don't like to give reasons because they frequently are making stuff up and don't want to contradict themselves.  Kinda like you did with having SD as town all of D1.

This is just a gross misrep - there were never any scales to tip. The SD train started in the joke phase and never had any real momentum. I also have been clear about SD being on my town list the entire game. 

 

I started the Peace train with a real vote.  I switched briefly to Gabriel during the emo outburst and then switched back to Peace.

 

I pulled off for a matter of minutes to give dice a chance to catch up reading in case he had a reveal to make. As soon as he posted, I re-voted. 

 

This was all very clear and straightforward play. And SD was never in any real danger with Peace and Gabriel going off like they did. 
 

Reading your posts is like reading another game - everything you’re saying is obviously incorrect. The only question is if it’s just you making mistakes or if you’re wolfing. The problem for me is that if you’re wolfing, it’s so easy to poke holes in that it’s useless imo

It was a joke (obviously a very poor joke as you don't usually have to explain them when they're good) in response to someone asking if the joke phase was over.

 

I had intended to quote it in my response but I keep forgetting that if you merely hit the "quote" button, on mobile at least, you have to click the little bubble on the bottom right of the screen to respond with that quote in the response as opposed to just highlighting the quote and pushing the "quote selected" button which automatically put the selected quote in the post box.  

 

 

 

I'm just rereading as I don't think I have a solid lead at all at this point. Maybe lookin again with the flip info will help but so far it is only showing me that most of sus feeling was for people now lock clear and dead.

No it wasn’t. I voted Peace, gave my reason and added a case strength number for clarity. After that Peace changed gears, switching from casing people to making “general mafia knowledge” posts. And when the heat began to build, he switched again to game-solving.

Something I’m surprised Turin hasn’t said here, and maybe he has but just not in this page: do we know how many wolves we have? With 8 alive if there are two we’re good but if three a lynch and NK success is game over.
