And on a different point of DPR Teph interaction, a reads list just shows the state of your thoughts, a WTE list this early is a bit strange. Seems far too definitive a question, a bit leading really. Not sure what to make of it though.

Why not give it a little more time to see if your plan worked before stating what your purpose was? Your admission of your purpose  lets the non-participants know your plan and they can slide in with excuses, real or other, nullifying your results?

Not really liking the enthusiasm of Teph and SD, but it is early doors, don't want to put that down as AI atp. Feel you are playing a game, structured approach, doubt it is AI, but will make reads awkward as tone will difficult to read. Turin and Tigs both feel natural (not tying them together, they aren't a pair). DPR and GK I don't really have any reads on at all, doesn't feel natural nor particularly forced. Dice hasn't pinged me really at all yet. 

 

Sorry if I missed anyone. No strong feels about anyone so far.

A Wolf can go and quote someone that proclaimed they were a Townie on Day 1, in conjunction with  evidence contradictory statements to proclaim that said townie is in fact, a wolf.

A Wolf can also quote someone that proclaimed they were a Townie on Day 1, in conjunction with town leaning evidence as to why that person is definitely a town.

Obviously a Townie can do the same thing and claim that the person is a Wolf.

But you also fall into the trap that the Wolf or the Townie can also say [____] never claimed town, thus they must be a [___]!

So, are you trying to get everyone here to proclaim themselves a Townie so you can later use that against them or to support their town claim as it behooves you? 😉

It’s the opposite - a reads list should include reasons for why you see things the way you do, thus giving the game insight into your thought process. A WTL (E) is a lighter version of reads that skips the reasons but also gives insight into your thought process

It is just a neutral word. I can see that in some situations "lynch" would be a charged word and after reading about it online I also realised how difficult it would be to stop using it if it made someone uncomfortable. Plus as my name is literally Mr Lynch, I decided to attempt to simply not to use the word. As a personal decision. 

 

Same difference about would like to/willing, but I accept the correction, my bad.

I see what you mean but it presupposes that the reads list contains enough mafia leans to run up or start a train on. That is what I meant.

Sadly, no. Turin suffers from a rare but tragic condition known as Mendacium Detector. Those who suffer this affliction can never rest for suspicion that everyone is attempting to deceive them. The only cure is an individual qualified to say beyond doubt that another person is, in fact, stating the truth.

LD means lie detector, a power role so if there is one, or even the chance there is one, it can make people wary of outright telling obvious lies. 

 

We don't know if there is one, but is it AI if someone refuses to state they are town openly?
