Ive got a few things Im holding close to my vest atp and a lot of players in this game I dont read well.

 

That being said if it keeps not being too busy here Ill likely reread if possible to hopefully be able to get a better feel.

 

Liz/Nyn (well just Liz tbh) bothered me yesterday.  Tho stubbornness and the need to be right is an ENFP thing and could come from either alignment from her or myself (fellow ENFP as is Cass fwiw)

 

I do have a secret Deepwolf pic and a non consensus Meta esq pick thos its a extremely small sample size to go off of.

 

Kats kinda fell off the edge and hasnt been around much recently and has made some posts where if it were anyone else Id be after them like mad.

 

Dice hasnt looked too bad per se but hasnt been the Dicey Dice i associate with Town!Dice yet.

 

Nyns look ok so far tho def not out of Scum range atp but is making me feel like I dont want to necessarily lynch that slot atp barring anything crazy.

 

I suck at reading Sooh so ya not going there today.

I’m doing the stuff I didn’t really want to do this game because nobody else is doing anything ?

 

Luckily work is slow and so I have literally nothing better to do.

 

I’m going to reiterate in saying that Liz/Nyn, Zander & Sooh should be off the table imo. Don’t wanna lynch any of them.

 

Crusher is playing and I like what I’ve seen so far but I don’t know his scum play so I’m not the one to discern. He seems chill though and pointing out good stuff. Not concerned here.

 

That leaves me with four, and presumably if I’m correct with the above then two scum within that group.

 

Cass. I’m less sure on Cass being scum but I still wouldn’t put her in my townie pile. I admit that we are very different thinkers and that makes it hard for me to understand her style, and while she has been mostly commenting on the going-ons of the game, I feel the focus/conclusions are wrong. Like delving into the idea that Liz dislikes being read incorrectly which was what perpetuated the flare up. Or how Zander getting/being stoned changes stuff. It just seems nonsensical to my robotic, analytical brain (forgive if you are town Cass ❤️) as to why it’s important to her. It just reads like much ado, in the sense that she is showing work but not necessarily doing it?

 

What makes me less certain was her questioning towards Crusher in more recent posts regarding Dice’s read-but-no-read on NotBob that Crusher called out. It seems like she’s starting to press Crusher a little over it, which to me aligns more with what she said about him in her reads (null/uncertain). Still, I wonder how much she thinks Crusher’s history with Dice is actually relevant.

 

Dice. Null. There are some thoughtful posts (irt Liz) that showed depth imo but I sort of like Crusher calling him out on that NB read. I know Dice got asked a lot to explain the whole JC/NB thing but that has been a large portion of his filter. Would like to know where he stands suspect wise.

 

Kat. Always a soft/sore spot for me. I know that she hates D1, and will complain about sucking and not having good reads, but moments like today when she was around and posting gifs puts my back up, especially after some of the conversation that took place before she came back (she responded to Zander) and knowing she’ll likely not be around for since it’s a holiday tomorrow so her vote will go unused. All that said, she could still be town. but one of these days she’s gonna burn me not hanging her for it.

 

NotBob. His Sooh scum tells are bunk. The reason to want to lynch Zander is bunk. Looks like he’s making this stuff up as he goes while playing to his unconventional ways as cover to not explain or answer questions.

I was true slanking today (so proud of myself! :P) and I'm not caught up, but I'd really prefer not to lynch kat today.

 

If she's scum, I'll eat my hat (metaphorically) but I'm pretty convinced she's just typical town Kat. She's actually the town read I feel most confident in, just based on my track record with her (which admittedly includes mostly town games with one survivor role thrown in...but I think the soft signs point ot her being town).

 

I won't defend her if she doesn't step it up by D3 though. I know she's capable of being useful as town when she makes an effort. (*cough @Katiora)

 

Anyway, I'm going to skim. Not sure where Nyn is at on things, but I'll post some thoughts, assuming I have some new ones.

I think so far I'm at Nyn/Liz being town, both because of Liz being feisty and Nyn being so chill. 

Kat is another one I have as town atm. I feel like her talking about being bad at mafia is something that happens all the time (at least it was when I was here more) and idk... I think she might feel weird about saying stuff like that as scum tbh.

Crusher is analyzing a ton more than I ever remember seeing, but his approach kinda gave me good feels, so he can be in town pile. 

Cass is more town than scum for me at least. I get the being distracted by her school work stuff, and at the same time I feel like she's here a lot, trying to figure things out. Perhaps her reads are a bit less punchy than usual, but they are there.

Zander and Dice are so far true neutrals for me, but I think Dice is on his way up a little, just based on the stances he takes and stuff. 

AJ hasn't really done much. Holding out for more there. 

NB is the closest I can get to a scum read atm. I don't like the pot stirring. It seemed too artificial, so I didn't comment too much on my vote, because I wanted to see what he did next. I was kinda underwhelmed, so the vote stays for now. 

 

I am essentially in agreement about Nyn/Liz

 

I don't know what to make of Kat. I don't have her either way, but I do recognise that her talk of being bad at maf etc can happen when she's Town. Pretty sure I've seen her emulate it as scum though, @Sooh?

 

Crush... I don't personally remember a lot of analysing (sorry if it's there Crush) but can't say I 'ever remember seeing' how he plays. I tend to focus more on people I think I have some personal understanding of though, so maybe that plays into the null-wary sort of ...skimming... that I do for him, Kat, NB and Kat.

(As an aside, did you know - learners who have a history of repeated failure (me with reading those players) have a lower view of their ability to change the level of achievement, and will tend to follow avoidance behaviours as a result of conditioning. I don't have the time to apply a 'Growth Mindset' to reading these guys at the moment, so in the 'avoid making a call' category they go. Lol.)
