Also should pay more attention to the Lenlo wagon irt AJ.  Chucking a meaningless "get in here" vote on a scum mate is entirely reasonable but I think he moves if people start actually talking about going there.

It's the timing of how it turned into a viable lynch that matters.  If AJ remained complacent when people started talking/voting there (and I think he did?) then Lenlo is probably just town.  There's plenty of low hanging village fruit he could have moved to without setting off any alarm bells.

Really if amegakure is town I would expect wolves to have been all over that.

Could have easily become a run-away lynch.

No I really just think the whole thing makes amega a wolf and Lenlo a villager

But due diligence

I only actually follow through on like 10% of the work I say I'll do though

Let me put this out from another angle.

If amega is a villager and I decide to not take him down as an easy first kill, I want some reward for that.  I'm going to drop some reason why he wouldn't be my top choice.  I'm confident I can get him mislynched later, so why not go for a soft pocket.

As w/v the one thing I'm not doing D1 is ignoring him entirely.

Here, skimming the thread. Should be out of class right around beginning of day. Then it's off to Somerville for a Shadows Over Innistrad draft.

So far what has changed from my old list is that Cory moved up to the top, Kaylee and Arie dropped a few slots, and Shad moved from gut read town to definitely town. We'll see how the morning shakes out, but if Cory/Shad is the kill, my WTL list becomes Amega, Arie, Darthe, BG, and Kaylee, in approximately that order.

I was thinking the same regarding Leno. Though I still think he needs to come back and give thoughts himself.

Kaylee, what do you think of bg's analysis so far?

I like that he's pouring in effort and seems to be trying to solve. I didn't agree with Niniel being anything but town though. I can't remember who else he mentioned and why. Been rubbing errands all day.

Arie is my second choice

This was incredibly random in hindsight.

lol if Darthe is a wolf and AJ was like bitter "f you guys if you're going to clear villagers off of nothing I'm going to clear my scum bro", then he chucked in Arie too as an "actually that was really bad" mitigation play.

Agreed. Hard to read sometimes. Kinda has a feel of trying to hard but at the same time she's too good at the game... Null/cautious vibe.

When I first read this I think my brain might have processed it as "Shad's trying too hard" irt me chucking out the early town reads, but he's actually talking about Kaylee.  That's...... almost completely nonsensical.  All Kaylee had said was that she's going to be hesitant to trust me after last game and he got "trying too hard" out of that?  There's also like, no obvious association between this thought and his counter of "but she's good at this game".  I kind of want to say he just dropped completely unintelligible suss to seed doubt.  I can't see a coherent village thought behind it.

Sheep in wolves clothing perhaps? Ones that have played the game. Don't like the idea of locking someone in as town based off so little..even considering your reply of turbo games. Don't remember that being your MO before.

I still choke every time I read this first sentence.

I get having no read on Kaylee and being suspicious that other people do but then you're like.... wtf something is wrong with all of you calling each other town already.  Instead he's just sort of slithering into the middle of it to say maybe you're all wrong oooooooooo without any reasons.

Them equals you and shad. I had no problem with your response to aj. I was looking for how he would respond. I made a dry joke about aj responding with literally what you said he would. Just a little sarcasm you know?

Ok I think I need to just ignore amega until he flips and focus on the third.  Even if he's a villager I will never believe it until I see it so there is no further point in analyzing this stuff.

I liked his intro and since we’re making trash reads, he wins.

Again I'm kind of feeling frustration in this and that's more likely to emerge if Kaylee is in fact town

This is gonna be unpopular but I disagree. Derf can be destructive as scum, sure, but he can also be self-destructive. One the >50% chance he's town I'd say to avoid lynching him early. He doesn't actually deepwolf all that often

Expand

I like the "this is gonna be unpopular" line considering he's responding to a wolf.

Just makes me think it was an honest disagreement and he anticipated a counter because AJ is a strong/vocal player.  Suggests that the possibility of AJ just spouting scum rubbish wasn't on his mind (and it probably would have been as w/w).

A small thing, maybe overanalyzing a bit I dunno.  I liked it.
