I think most wolves in an anonymous environment try to present themselves as really open and use the mask as cop-out for bad arguments/activity level/etc.  Playing the "I'm holstering my thoughts" card in this setting is a less conventional approach.

 

But maybe I just project myself too much /shrug

Heh, D1 Helpfulness from Cory doesn't attribute him a clear line of innocence from me. 

 

I like Shad's deductions, oddly because I agree with him on most of them, even the work between Cory and myself. Even as a new player, playing that card in the game is an excellent tactic. It's guess work to decide one way or the other. (Shade on mysellllllfffffffffff. Because I have to build Meta for future games too.. :3) Like I said, I have my own reasons for not hitting at him harder at this point. 

 

Darthe, Shad_, AJ and Cory are the ones I'm watching the hardest, trying to decide who's intent is scummy or not. (Easy to bud up to me for funsies.. *polishes her dinged up shiny badge*)

 

Kaylee and Amega are kinda in the middle for me. I get you guys all have meta games to play off of, but I'm kinda in the middle with these two (since my last post of guesswork?) I think Amega can give us more info over all in alignment, but I'm unconvinced either will flip.

 

Leloo and Niniel have no formal read on to really decide if a vote for them is helpful.

The two posts in the quote chain are the examples.  You injecting a lot of explanations for Cory's blind vote and then you implying Marsh's suspicion irt that post had to do with your reference to some benign comment about meta.

I think you are a player in a game of Mafia who has been assigned an alignment, and you have done a lot of things that feel awkward/unnatural for an average player to do, and it is my job to piece together how I believe you think to determine what of that is relevant to your alignment and what of it is relevant to just you.

It isn't just that DM doesn't work.. it is a Tradition that DM doesn't work. From back when we abandoned ship for ezboards.... they never work right. :P If they did then the whole universe would collapse...

I think what you're trying to say is "I'm not comfortable with how quickly the three of you trusted each other" and that's fair.  Maybe try to get more directly to the point like that?  At least, would probably lead to less confusion.  But I follow you here.

And to be clear, if I didn't trust people early like this as a villager everyone who's played with me would think something odd was happening.

 

I do it as a wolf precisely to replicate my town meta.

 

I.e. you most certainly don't have to trust it, but thinking it's wolfy rather than not-alignment-indicative is a bit silly.

I felt that was why and was putting it out there. Should i just ask why in the future?

 

I am akward on mafia. ive been playing off and on since i was probably 14 and i still don't feel any better. Im much better at reading people in person. Via txt i can get lost and it feels disconnected. People who are better stylistically and better writers can usually turn most stuff around on me.

 

If i get lynched use my reads if they are any good. I gotta sleep soon and have some stuff to do first. Might check in before i crash. 

 

Vote Lenlo He hasn't contributed much. I know that's his thing but in this kinda game i think we need more. Plus when I'm scum i go full lenlo. 

 

Im interested in what darthe thinks of me. He tutored me a few years back. He should have the best read.
