So here's the deal - we had a game going on in SG that got derailed by the board changeover, then by some ill-luck on the mod's part. I tried to get a game going on another board, but their players are too busy with the end of the NFL season and the holidays to really play. I've noticed that Toy's game has taken a while to get players, and that's a shame because it looks epic (dude, I wasn't able to PM for forever, so I'm hoping you se this - or I'll catch up with you - aweseom setup for CoB. I'm hoping that a smaller game will light people's fires and we can get you up to 35 or 40 peeps!)

 

Annnnyyyyway, I'm trying to ignite the mafia fires - and I've put together a kick-ass game with my usual trademarks. *grins*

 

There will, of course, be new mafia-innovations.

 

The basic setup will be recognizable to any mafia player (and usually I post the setup, but this time it needs to stay a secret. heh), but the features will differ slightly:

 

There will be "Triggers". A Trigger will be an event that takes place when a player makes a choice. The player will not know that the Trigger is there, although the choices that involve Triggers will be serious one's, and suspect now that you know what's out there.

 

There will be "Ghost Roles". A Ghost Role is a role that you don't know you have, but will be activated when you use your other role. For instance, in this game, an innocent player will have a role, but will also be a Vigilante. Once they use their role, the person they used it on, will die, and the player with the GR will know that they have 1 kill per night. Savvy?

 

There will be a few other twists as well.

 

I will run this game whenever we have 16 people sign-up. Ya'll let me know when you want to play. If you want to play over the holidays, that's cool with me.

 

This is now an official sign-up thread. Verbalicious, will you edit (becuase I never got my powers back...meh) the title to add SIGN-UPS.
