Pg 20 - 25: I still dont see what Eldrick is saying in regards to AJ/Tiink and the antagonistic response. Eldricks self meta is null, he was asked a question, dont really care about it. Here Eldrick posted like 4 times before DPR could explain a post. Could be figgiting about DPRs read, could just be hyper Eldrick. Gonna remember it though. This is gamblers fallacy and you know it (#446). This read by Bop (#472) seems really lazy to me. Lazy town or pocketing wolf? His reasing about post counts later on is alright though.

 

Did this bob vote ever get resolved? (#485). Cause Bop is claiming a role here that told him Bob is wolf. From what im reading everyone is glossing over it.

 

Pg 25 - 30: So Bop is asking questions and learning the people around here, which is good, but makes me more concerned over that random Bob claim. Hesitant AJ agreeing (#543) Already explained the red flag to Shad (#578). I disagree with Calder but I think the argument hes making comes from a towny mindset (#596), the whole no-lynch argument.

 

 

Pg 31 - 36: Around here, im noticing Nyn is throwin around alot of posts but not a whole lot of relevant gameplay. Only really getting involved with the no-lynch and PPP stuff. Prals in! I agree with this post by Shad (#644). The idea that Bop was covering for Eldrick is a reach, as neither was in that bad a place all things considered. Sooh and DPR worry me now, because thats a wolfy idea to be pushing imo. Possibly this and maybe that (#679), a good case does not make. Whats the case on Tiink? (#701). Decent post from Bop, but im awaiting Hallia as shes the one thats gonna decide the slot for me (#713).

Your a very silly person Eldrick (#828). Explain this if you can Eldrick (#832)? Calder, still not doing stuff. Either 3rd party or town, because this is exactly how I remember him behaving in the Gods and Demons cult game. Stop spamming (#859). Disagree with Not Bob (#866). I wanna see where this came from, I wanna see why those 3, and that FOS could be returned back to you Bob. tl;dr DPR (#867). Can agree with DPR on this (#869). NB is a worry. I really like Darthes come-back on page 45. Its flippant, while still being game related, and its his thoughts rather then stretching/manipulating other peoples posts to make them look like crap.

 

Pg 46 - 50: Still like Darthe all of page 46. Pral, at the time of you calling me absent, I still had more posts then you (#939). Get real. Tiink on page 48 just kinda feels... artificial? I dunno, its weird.

Pg 56 - 60: I still wanna see the case on Tiink (#1133). Sorry Bop, but Wifi isnt a wolf this game. NB is freaking me out. Hes just calling people wolves and never saying why. Difference between my town game and scum game tho.

 

I am high volume either way. What matters is the quality of the posts. When I'm scum I'm obviously not trying to solve. I find a lot to talk about, but the substance isn't there.

 

Shad has said that when I'm scum, I tend to try and connect a teammate to a Villager over trying to connect 2 villagers. I'm not aware of this myself, so can't say if that's right or not.

 

The things I decide are worth notice apparently come off as weird as either alignment. The way I approach the game tends to make a lot of people think I'm scummy regardless of alignment.

I snipped the post that was same as above. Here we have tiink who is a more seasoned player saying that dricky looks like he could be honest.  However, again this is a lying game.  Tiink could be doing 1 of 2 things:

 

1. genuinely sticking up for dricky (though I seem to remember some other talk later in thread will have to rafo)

 

or

 

2. laying a foundation to push dricky under the bus in some sort of way

 

Plus it was more of a failed summon than anything else.

I have to say I disagree with this.  I have only played mafia a couple times during my mafia playing career and now is not one of them either.  I have been town like mega games in a row - slight exaggeration - including this one.

4.  Shad has made a spreadsheet of everyone's mafia games.  It is awesome.  Anyway it proves that there is no rhyme or reason as to how many times a person gets rand town or mafia.  I have only played 13 games so far and 83% have been town.  I have only rand:wolf once and twice subbed in.  The time that I rand:wolf there was no town, only 3(3) mafia, 3 (3) cults, 2 masons, 3 SK, and 1 Jester.

Now there is merit to the fluff posting, once the game starts developing and we get flips.

 

Who interacted with who in the fluff matters.

Intro phase is the easiest part of the game for wolves to interact.

 

It probably boils down to who's online at the same time more than anything else.

 

Doesn't mean you can't derive a lean or two from how people are behaving individually, but any associative read at this point is going to be bleh.

 

I remember someone last game brought up that BFG might not be a wolf because I trolled amega during joke phase. Yeah no.

Beat me to it. I've never played with Eldrick and don't know a thing about his meta, but whenever anybody posts fluff and then goes back to explain why they posted fluff, it trips me. I also am not a big fan of meta-based cases  in general. Anyone can change up a play style and equally, anyone can be having a day where they are distracted and post differently than they would.

 

So for now, on d1, what I got is that Eldrick seems nervous as a place to start.
