I'm talking about your quote I have. It says you were town reading Dice but now that a bit shaky due to the Celeste flip. I used your words and asked you to explain. Now you're not shaky on him? Please clarify.

I originally had a town read on Dice.

Not really. I've seen where opening scenes had characters that either weren't in it or were a fake claim. Mostly they're for flavor unless the Mod states otherwise.

That's the part that gives me pause...Esp if you name your partner. I want to say that plus your passion here means your more likely being truthful. However, from what I read I have Shad as likely town. That plus I've seen you be passionate as scum makes me hesitant.

 

As I said, when your partner is named then I can be persuaded to give you the benefit of the doubt. Doesn't vibe well to vote a top town read, but I know he can fool me and I'm working with limited knowledge.

 

Plus if you're lying then you go next.

I have seen the princess bride...so I know about the poisoned wine test...it was double poisoned...I don't get the connection to the game at this point...well maybe I do a little bit....but its kind of confusing....could someone please explain??? what does WIFOM mean in general and not just this case??

Well if Dice was mafia, he would never claim rolecop. Unless he's claiming rolecop because he would never do it as mafia.

It means: someone says they couldn't possibly be scum because X. When in fact they could be lying, saying that to throw you off the trail. Think of the logic the guy was using as to why the poison could/couldn't be in front of him. It could've gone either way right?

 

To try to simplify it: another player is using WIFOM, or accused of it, when they are trying to throw you off of them.

Sorry Kaylee, basic recap:

 

AJ, Lenlo, Shad and I were pretty firm on wanting to lynch Zander day 1, and others agreed. Dice was defending Zander but claims he wasn't town reading him. He just thought all of us wanting to lynch Zander was scummy. Some people didn't want to lynch Zander, but they had no other alternative suggestions. Kat came in last minute with a vote and several people didn't like it, so Kat got CFD'd and flipped Fool.

 

We're all pretty sure we're gonna lynch either Zander/Celeste (subbed in for zander) or Dice Day 2. Phase change happens and AJ, Celeste, and Sili were all killed in the night. AJ flipped Mason Jester Survivor, Celeste flipped SK, and Sili flipped mafia. Pretty much confirms for Lenlo, Shad and I that we were both right and wrong about Zander/Celeste (they weren't town) and wanted to lynch Dice. Dice has claimed he is a Mason Role Cop, that his Mason is alive (and may claim), and the he saw Shad's role as goon, which would make him mafia.

 

Debate right now seems to be do we believe Dice (Lenlo says if Dice was gonna lie, why not pick a role that is always town, like doc or regular cop, but some [definitely myself and Shad] find it weird that Dice would have chosen to investigate Shad, who was kind of a consensus town read]). Dice has already explained why he chose Shad, so now it kind of seems like a matter of who to believe. I suggested the possibility of insane cops, but Dice claimed role cop anyway.

I voted sirren cause of her talking about going thru with what they were planning. I think it was a slip.

 

I got ina huge argument with Len. For me it was about LEN not Zander. Zander was the reason for it. tho everyone was set on lynching zander. thought he was scum. he HAD been weird. Len had said he thought we would get good things if we lynched zander. i asked him and aj what we got if zander flipped town. Lenlo couldnt/wouldnt answer the questions. eventually he said nothing. What I was attacking was lenlos thinking. to me he seemed far too focussed on zander so very sure that i was thinking it was scum thinking

 

AJ suggested a cfd on kat it went ahead she selfvoted i voted her for

Shad comes in after the lynch talking about how he was going to lynch me tomorrow. He was scummy as setting up lynches like that and he can trick me so i viewed him and got GOON and it was coloured red

 

I thought my summary was pretty fair. I'm sorry I didn't include the fact that you'd voted for me, but you had and apparently are still misinterpreting what I said. I'm not going to explain it again because I've already done it like, three times.

What I did write isn't wrong though - you were suspicious of all of us voting Zander, but have said repeatedly it's not because you thought Zander was town. I said that.

 

I'm pretty convinced you're in some kind of group with Zander/Celeste, and thus also with Sili, because there's zero other reason why you would have stuck your neck out so far for him. Like, I get that he has RL stuff going on, but you only need to say it once. If people keep going after him its no skin off your back, unless it IS skin off your back (ie. you're in some kind of group with him).

just how MANY times do i have to say it was about LENS THINKING not Zanders play before it seeps thru sirren? how many? tell me cause then i will post it that many times and will then expect you to remember it

Sorry, I do remember that you had issue with Lenlo's thinking, but you were also very adamant that you weren't town reading Zander. I guess I didn't realize which was the more important fact.
