I haven't reread EoD so I didn't recall who had voiced that thought.  Been watching the Eurovision. Somehow Australia is winning the delegate votes.

Scum!besie would know hally and Kivam were both town, and by unvoting would put it as a rand between 2 towns.

 

Alternatively, with you only at 1 vote, bringing you to 2 would have no effect.

 

I'm trying to figure out why she voted you instead of simply unvoting.

Night fell over the tropical island, and the survivors of flight 815 went to their shelters. Scattered fires still burned on the beach, but quickly died down to scorching hot embers. The moon was hidden behind a light cover of clouds, and the sounds of tree frogs and insects could be heard in between the silence. 

 

 

Under her tarp, some distance from these island newcomers laid Danielle. She had already survived 16 years on the island, and had by nature turned sceptical to people in general. Being around so many of them made her even more on edge than she already was, however, having stayed with them for a few days now without anything happening she allowed herself to relax some. 

 

It turned out to be a bad idea.

 

 

 

 

Kivam was killed. He was Danielle Rousseau, vanilla town.

 

 

 

Meanwhile, in another tent, Bernard made his way out of the tent, careful not to wake his wife, Rose. He saw her smile in her sleep, and his heart swelled. He was so happy he had been able to make his way back to her.  Finally outside he took a deep breath of the fresh night air, and made his way over to the latrine area. 

 

They found him there the next morning.

Her vote was unneeded to create an actual lynch. TOWN Kiv and TOWN Hallia were the two people on the gallows. Mafia doesn't care which one gets lynched there. The random puts pressure on the survivor. If he hadn't been shot would Kiv have been a major candidate for lynch? I think so.

Eldrick, who knows? Frankly there are a number  of reasons it could be.

 

some possibilities.

1.) She expected support from another teammate that didn't arrive.

2.) just to get people to chase after me at stat of today and after she flips mafia.

3.) She really is town and incorrectly thinks I'm mafia.

4.) probably a few more that I am not thinking of presently.
