I feel like the same way as a 30+ player game. Add factions and NKs accordingly. D1 is a lynch from amongst five already determined least popular players (being honest here).

There is almost always just one mafia faction in POG games, so with 100+ players it'll be a 25+ player wolf team and maybe a couple of neutrals (either in a group or independent).

 

POG more likely to lynch from the large pool of inactives than by popularity, but I would guess elsewhere that's pretty pretty accurate 

 

ITAs (in thread attacks) generally increase the carnage, so you can expect something like 15+ deaths on the first few day/night cycles which thins out the player list very quickly.
