This was probably the most complete team win I've been in.  Like, every last one of you pulled your weight.  Even Thane despite missing so much time.

It takes a village!!!!

Another big round of applause to Thane for gutting it out. It's not easy once you fall behind. And still you were good when you posted leans.

I was gonna give you a pass for rushed leans that sucked out loud, given your circumstances. Surprised by your comeback and effort. Way to go, man.

Good game everyone.

I think I did pretty good at calling out scum even though I flip flopped a bit like on Shad for example.

I like the fact that despite tunneling the hell out of each other we were both able to overcome our mutual concerns and not derail the good thing our team had going.

This victory felt good. It is very true that not many townies have died, and we solved quite quickly. It all came together D3 after the flips, that was nice.

Yeah, i wasn't really present during most of the game. Sorry about that. I did spend most of my sunday morning reading up what i had missed, and i wasn't feeling like multiquoting 35+ pages..

It did work out though, odd but true. The people who felt weirdest were the wolves. All good. And thanks for not lynching me *nods*

Can't access DM at work. Well...

If you want, I could host a game on another website, and invite DM-only players, and fill needed ranks with friends of mine after that.

Would be able to have you play with DM'ers. Let me know if that's a thing you'd be interested in.

Dang. I has to call my shot at the end, only way i was getting to the F3 was with towns good graces.

Pizza, I regretted shooting you the moment I submitted it.

Pizzaguy's (traditional) postgame postmortem.

Fun game. Really fun.

Lousy D1 by me, as is more the norm than my recent streak. *nods, then has PTSD flashbacks from some of those...*

I can't read people if they're not here and trying to solve, but excuses, excuses. Still, I got some good town-reads that day. Overall, I'd give myself a B+ for pulling it out after D1.

1) Called John Snow town all of day one, with reasons, number 2 townie during d1. Check.

2) Called Zander town, put him as my number 2 townie by end of d1 after JS died. Check.

3) Nailed Dicetosser as town literally all game long. Seriously the easiest read of the game. Check.

4) Had Shad as top townie all the way to end of day 2. I shot at him N2 for safety reasons, juuuuust in case he was deepwolfing and Andrej was trying to get the vig and scan directed away from Shad by going "hey! I'm guilty!", which is the only way Andrej's play makes any kind of sense. And Shad had been asking for Andrej to be scanned or shot as well. Hilariously, this misfire was blocked by the wolves.

5) Got myself town-read by every townie in the game by either day 1 or day 2, and the dead townies also had such a lean. Nailed that aspect. Check.

6) Post 1135 Actually names Lenlo as a serial killer candidate (see description in spoiler). I got a very non-mafia but not-town vibe from him. Third party survivor with killing ability who shot me, close enough for government work to call that a SK. Check.

7) Post 1135 Also names BFG as top scum candidate, before any flip on Taborline happened, and explains why, lean is 100 percent confidence, no one else reached that level all game. Post 1336 seals the deal because it cites an example of the specific nervous guilty behavior I've seen before, and explains why BFG is behaving that way. BFG probably always gets lynched before game ends based on this, since it is persuasive to several persons. Post 1524-1530 is basically a thing of beauty, and 1530 names the exact scum team. Check.

8) I don't think I ever gave AndreJ a town lean all game. I had him as mildly scummy d1, POE n1, D2 he reached my bottom 3. Before he confessed. Although I never had a specific case to make here, never reading him town and naming the exact scum team of BFG, Andrej, and Taborline near end of day 2, in post 1530 is awesomesauce. Check.

9) Made people I've never played with before call me a wordy bastard. Check check check.

10) Correct seer cover left, on someone I would have actually scanned, not an easy town-read, since I didn't have a clue how to read him, and called it correctly because I put on my big boy pants. Check!

Gonna call those my successes. Well, shooting at Shad is a fail, it was covering for a potential blind spot but it's still not correct. Should have stuck with my cold read of him.

_____________

Taborline basically abandoned ship, didn't give us much to work with, and was policy-lynched and consolidated on by me. I also agreed with Zander's basis for accusing her, seeing her as null or scummy thereafter. But I won't give myself a point for this, even though I assisted with maj'ing her over pushing BFG even more. This is Zander's find, 100% of the time. All Zander.

NotBob cleared himself based on his D1 vote for Taborline. After Taborline's flip as mafia bulletproof, that call was far simpler to make. But I can't really claim any credit on that read since I had him scummy and he exonerated himself by his own actions, not my analysis. NotBob did an excellent job on his own with that, and my read on him wasn't good to start with.

Nolder I backed off of more and more as the game progressed, and I faked a scan result of innocent on him which was correct. But given how hard I pushed him D1, I can't congratulate myself that much for such a read. Nolder did well under pressure and especially after he was given room to breathe.

Thane I was able to read as town after he was finally able to post some more on d2. But I had been hunting for him d1, so I won't give myself much credit there.

Those, I eventually ended up on the right side of history on. But I could have done better with these reads. Gonna call these my failures. In fairness, it was my first time playing with two of them and I've had maybe 1 or 2 games max with the other two, who were essentially not playing the game for most of the time I was here, for various reasons. But excuses, excuses.

Not a perfect game, but not bad either. Hopefully a less drama-filled showing than my last 2 attempts here.

Kudos going out to everyone else:

Zander, on the other hand, and several other of my fellow townies, had a boss game. Zander was on Taborline before I was, and he also suspected Andrej and BFG. Nailing Taborline early means that even though his suspicion was spread among too many people (much like my own), it was so instrumental to the town's victory, and drew the N1 kill away from our power roles, that I'd nominate Zander town's MVP, and give Lenlo a ton of credit playing a super boss third party survivor killer game, as the most effective and entertaining non-townie of the game. He also shot the final woof, so that's awesome. I'd say Shad was pretty boss when it came to Andrej, and his end of day one shenanigans might have been what provoked BFG's behavior. And he was mostly correct that he could pull those sorts of shenanigans and still be town-read for it. His play was so advanced it legit scared me. Dicetosser was on point all game, save for the John Snow misfire. But he looked so town all game long and locked himself town with his ideas. Nolder and NotBob also get much kudos from me for nearly getting Taborline D1, had they gotten more support to do so, my suspicions of them would have vanished a lot sooner.

Wolf team- I feel bad for Andrej, and apologies if we were a little hard on our absentee wolves because it is close to the holidays. Well fought, and if two wolves were absent a lot, I can kinda see Andrej falling on his sword after the entire team was 1, 2, and 3 on most folks' suspicions list. There's only so much fight you can give. Beratements for conceding shall not come from me. Generally you don't wanna do that though. Thanks for giving us an antagonist to fight against. You too, Lenlo. It's not always the funnest work, but I hope you guys all had a little bit of fun! Or a lot!

Thanks to Cory for some post-death spectator chatting with me.

Big thanks to the Game Mod Leelou for putting on the game!

Good game Pizza.  You brought a lot of energy.

Good game all.  Thanks Leelou.  Fun game.

I shouldnt have shot Pizza. It completely ruined the credibility I was going for. Cause once we got down to 5 or so people, the only way I saw winning was to call my shot on the final scum and then breadcrumb survivor most of the night so when I revealed fully in the morning you guys *might* just let me win with you.

Like, with Thane revealed as the Doc, you as the tracker, the only way I could win without revealing would be to push you/Shad as lieing scum or SK or something and hope for a kill N4. If I didnt get a kill N4 and Thane didnt block it, then I would probably be peeked and insta lynched.

It was close, but close only counts in horseshoes and handgrenades.

Your right.

My big hope was to convince them Nolder was lieing about being Tracker and that scum actually did shoot Pizza.

Kinda threw it away at end game there.

My fate is pretty much decided.

You won't get my help killing one of my own, but gg nonetheless.

Pretty sure AJ is town here btw. Good tone, strongly out of scumrange imo

Pizza laid down good cover, so kudos there. The Nolder peek was bold but then making sure to emphasize his change of read on NotBob was ~better
