I figured there were two possibilities.  One, you feel that I'm being more...IDK the right word... abrasive? than probably necessarily at the start of the game.  Given that I try to be fairly accommodating to start a game, and you've only seen me as town (TUS not withstanding), I could see you thinking that may be indicative of my mafia game.

 

Or you just wanted to stir the pot a bit - both towards the rest of the game, as well as me.

I would certainly say the first does.  I don't see any reason you couldn't do the latter as mafia.

I am stuck in a flood with knee deep of water all around the house I am staying. Nothing to worry, we stocked up on stuff.

Hope you can keep safe and don't lose too much. I have a creepy obsession with flooding and envy you in a naive sort of way, but I've also had to pay for repairs from water damage and that part's not so fun. <_<

This may be the strangest thing I've heard in at least a week.

I probably haven't been?  I made a conscious decision to not hold back this game (will probably do it ~somewhat, since I don't feel like ruining friendships) if need be, so I would guess I'm more likely to see myself as being a jerk than others would.  

 

But as it relates to AJ, I have a hard time coming up with any other serious reason for him being concerned about me over everyone else.

I think it's reasonable, moreso because this is Besie's first game in general.  if she had a few games as town under her belt then meh.
