How is it a waste? You find them as scum and we lynch them. You find them as town and we keep them alive. How exactly is it a waste?

 

The only scenario I can think of, is somehow one is town and one is scum, and you peek the wrong one. If you get a town view, and Heart dies (meaning you will probably die next), then, and only then, will I be ok lynching the other one. (Besides the obvious "you get a scum peek")

It makes sense to me. They claim mason so we don't kill them. It obviously backfired. By claiming mason, mafia won't kill them because they fear another confirmed town.

good point, I have only ever seen backup when they were assigned that role at the beginning of the game. I wondered if she had given it too him, because he had been sheeping her all game. I just prefer getting things from the players mouth

I was, I'm trying to take it all in, and you do keep rushing things, I want things answered so I can straighten things in my mind, it's the way I work, and sometimes those questions don't seem obvious to others.
