Question for mods

There's a few scenarios I'm curious how you handle.

Like what do you do if a cop/lie detector is role-blocked?

Say the following happens:

Despo is a RBer.

DPR is a watcher.

EP is a SK

Leelou is a VT.

Say DPR watches Leelou (sees who visits her). Say EP shoots Leelou. Say despo RB's EP. Will DPR see EP target leelou?

Musings on various RB triggers kept me up late into the night >.>

If that scenario was true, it would be chaos.  Des would likely RB a VT.  EP would likely shoot into a mirror, and Leelou would probably be watched by DPR.......cause he's creepy like that.

He likes buxom redheads. Can you blame him?

No. EP never shot Leelou. He was blocked.

Except for Clov, apparently.

My statement is still accurate.

I see where you're going with that.

But for cop/LD do you say no resulting, informing them they've been blocked?

Or do you say town/truth so they don't know?

I don't think a mod would lie in those situations except in a bastard game tho

The handling of this varies from site to site.  Though I've never experienced it personally, I've been led to believe the norm HERE is to receive a pm that says "No result."  On my home site, you would actually get a PM specifically stating you were roleblocked (or flavor that implies it, depending on mod/theme).

Giving an unobtained result would constitute bastard modding IMO.

Cindy's basically on fire this thread.

Well put her out before it spreads to the curtains, for pity's sake!
