No way.  You don't remove Dice simply because he voted first.  He was not pushing hard, nor was he trying to convince anybody else - that was MY role when I ISO'ed Leelou.  I pushed hard and tried to convince other townies.  Dice was not around for any of that.  Actually, neither were you.

I'm with Verb on this. Having already been suspicious of Dice I wouldn't put it past him to buddy Cass as scum, and I didn't like his "waiting on Verb"

 

That being said if he is town, it seems like Cass is doing the same thing. Not sure if I buy the reasoning behind the hammer. My reasoning for it still stands.

 

To me your reasoning makes no sense.

 

The most likely reasoning I see behind a scum WIFOM bomb on that vote right now is for it to be used to i) discourage the lynch itself, and ii) to later discredit anyone who dared to push it through.

Cass the one thing you left out of your summary is that I clearly said I didn't trust Sili with a gun. That's the main reason I helped lynch him. I honestly thought Alanna was scum, and was wrong. From what I see, ALL scum are on one train or the other. The question is, whether they were focusing on something or trying to spread out.

 

I would say, with the focus on leelou and no lynch (neither of which scum wanted), there was an onus to push an alternate train.

 

It is highly likely that, at this point, 2 of wombat, not Bob or cass is scum.

 

The other scum is between dice, Lily and hally.

 

Now, Lily hammers sili eventually. Would 3 of the scum pile up together, when it was unnecessary? I would say No. This is valid only if my assumption of two scum in sili train is valid.Lily is most likely town here.

Dice, thing with voting me if you're town right now is you want a good reason because if you're wrong you're lynching a power role day 1. Right now the people who are voting me... they don't really have a good reason.

 

Wombat has had it in for me since his first post. Granted he put work in, but only after I requested it, and in my opinion his arguments are questionable at the very best.

NotBob's vote record is so bad that he's probably town.  Given that Leelou was lolcatting yesterday, I expect she was bussed.  Hally and Lily are the most likely candidates there imo given that they didn't really provide that much imo until Leelou started lolcatting and they didn't go into detail explaining their votes like Cass did.  Cass could be scum overexplaining her hammer, but she has been relatively verbose this game and I remember her as being that type of player the one other time I played with her, so it's more likely that that's either null or town for her.

 

Of Lily and Hally, Hally's game looks much worse imo.  On its face, Lily's game doesn't look that great, but it's pretty typical of her play.  She's always rather reserved early and capricious and enigmatic later.  So that's largely null.  Lily's interactions with other players seem genuine imo.  I also think it would be very awkward for scum!Leelou to agree with scum!Lily with respect to Alanna's defense of me.

 

Hally, on the other hand, went from seeming worried about Yates' claim to pushing me and Dice for largely OMGUS reasons while continuing to nudge Pral.  The way she nudged me but then only voted me after Verbal did looked terrible.  Almost everything she did on D1 and D2 still looks pretty bad to me, and she spent much of D3 pushing me but then did a complete 180 to switch to Leelou once Verb started casing her (that's right, I said he was casing).  That reeks of bussing to me.  And after we lynched Leelou, Hally went right back to nudging Pral.  Then when Verb gave her the ok, she started legit pushing, even though I think Pral looks pretty town here.  So basically, up until the start of this day phase, Hally has spent most of the game pushing nonsensical, undeveloped reads and sheeping Verbal, and her vote on Leelou smells pretty bad.  I'm not going to vote until I completely catch up on what had happened D4, but right now, I strongly favor a Hally lynch.

Yup, I do have a mentor, and he did link me to the Wiki page for 'Bomb'. Tbh, I discounted the bomb idea. By that point I figured Leelou probably was Mafia and WIFOMing, and the reference page suggests bombs are mostly Town-aligned.

 

Hally, implying that the hammer vote here could be used for cred seems silly/scummy to me.

 

IMO, any Scum looking for credit from the lynch would have been on the train earlier/before the bomb hint, knowing that the game was up.

 

So. Remove Dice for starting the train, Verbal for being confirmed Innocent Child and that leaves us with a choice of Hallia, Lily and Wombat, following Verbal and voting Leelou in that order, potentially for cred.

Here's my updated read list:

 

Not surprised in the slightest that Verb is town.

 

Cass is still coming off as town to me. No strong reasons, mostly just gut feeling. I was right with my gut about Verb and Sili, Probably right here too.

 

Starting to get a town lean from Hally. She was weird in the beginning of the game, but she's feeling more towny now.

 

Starting to get suspicious of Pral, still got him in town, but barely.

 

Still got Dice in null, but leaning towards town from his interaction since his break.

Still got a scum lean on Lily and Wombat. With the number of people left in the game, those leans are getting stronger to me.

 

I'm still convinced that Notbob is scum. I don't seem to have the support to lynch him, but will gladly jump on his train if someone else goes for it.

 

I believe the remaining scum team is Lily/Wombat and Notbob. Both Lily and Wombat if the team is 4 people.

 

For now, I'll go with my scum candidate that is already up. [v]Lily[/v]
