To frame the discussion, these are what I'm using as wolf tells.

 

Dice: sloppy emulation of town game. left field thought process, premature tunneling.

 

Thane: Lack of attentive criticism of players, passes off general criticism as precise, gives lily last words but with no intent to find out whether she's scum before he caps, (i assume to get cred. lol), and finally his pop-in at night, and then leaving right away without any sort of reads lists, even as he was drawing up notes throughout the game day supposedly.

 

Basically it's sleezy and he's scum, and he knows i knows so he's going to make this about me and him and thunderdome it, but I won't let that happen. thane is scum, and nothing I did this last day was scummy for me. I changed my mind at eod like I have a million times before because of new information like a scum suspect voting my other scum suspect in a nefarious way.

I get the feeling it's not even gameplay just frustration about how things work/should work or whatever.

There's nothing wrong with that but imo it is kind of taking away from what could be more productive discussions.

I really don't get why you would start a new train knowing it's close to deadline

 

Small game, not too hard to get a majority if most of the players are active.

People are too locked into the idea that close to deadline is a no go for changing up votes but it used to be that trains could build and fall within minutes of deadline.

 

 

If people are around at deadline, I think swaps are doable here.....but getting enough people at the deadline is the tricky part.  It is less about being locked in and more about being available at the right time.  We don't hound the thread on DM like other sites; therefore, you'll miss the CFDs most of the time.

I don't have anyone in mind at this time. I haven't actually examined the list myself, I'm just saying we should.

I didn't know the case agagainst him and it was close to deadline. I would've done the same no matter who it was.

 

As I said D1 I don't really know who's scum. At this point I'm waiting for Tress to catch up and add her thoughts. She told me she plans on catching up tonight. Weekends are family time so not sure how active I'll be but Tress should be around.

actually sili Dice has been working and attend the scoring his daughters first baseball final. if you this is me lurking you dont know what lurking really is.You might want to consider that Pral is WAY more lurky then I am yet I note you arnt making that argument about him. Finally the 2 weeks from hell are over - logged 19 total hours of overtime.  Today's the only day I was able to clock out at the actual end of my shift and leave, and that's only because the training class actually finished yesterday, and today I just had to facilitate their transition to being on the floor, which gave me most of the day to do my own tasks and finish a project that everyone else is doing on OT.

 

I'll spend some time re-reading and organizing my thoughts tonight and tomorrow in order to get some coherent posts out there.  As usual you won't get a lot from me during night phase, but I'll be around all weekend and next week I'll have much more time to post.
